Good points chewy. Assuming a fund raise at 0.0075 they could only raise about £1 million after costs. That much only lasts about 2.5 months which means even more dilution would follow. Please give me some hope someone

TG2D surely the share price is relevant because there is a good chance they will have to raise again in the very near future. I shudder at the thought of the further dilution we shareholders are going to have to suffer shortly

I see on ADVFN they are saying there is 550 million shares offered. Is that true?

With all due respect to a long term poster Savvy, the fact that the charge is negatively affected by the share price suggests to me, AZ was convinced the price was going to be higher by now. So it’s not manipulation and fraud but just an unworkable business model and incompetent management although I accept it’s difficult to start up a new business paradigm.

So for me all this talk about manipulation is rubbish and incompetence would be a better adjective

Isn’t the problem that TAG could be bankrupted by the charge which would mean no more cash from AZ for SYME?

How do you know they haven’t already sold? I suspect that’s why Amy said none of them needed a TR-1 because it means they can sell with impunity.

Previously I posted that I respected your views as it appeared you knew what you were talking about. But it has become clear you are just a ramper who makes things up. I was most impressed by your assertion that BPM would give a credit line to SYME but it’s clear now that was pure fantasy. As for AZ he is definitely a lying toe rag!

I’m extremely annoyed with myself for being deceived and am close to giving up hope. Maybe it’s time to sell my holding as I can’t afford to average down any more

All rather embarrassing for AZ from my point of view. Did I miss it or did AZ say anything about when we might expect the WL deal?

I can’t look at the price any more because I have lost so much money. I averaged down yet again around 0.03p because I believed TwoGood’s assertion that SYME would get a line of credit from BBPM. I really don’t know what to believe any more..

I thought TAG was essentially AZ and no/one else

I thought the AGM had to be in person with the only exception being during Covid. Of course they could hold it in Italy I guess
