Inmv if we can grow the share price twenty per cent together with twenty per cent dividends.Then going forward not a bad situation to be in inmv.We also have the possibility of hmg relaxing wft.

Fair comment Clued. I should have taken more time reading the update before posting. Fwiw i am very pleased with this investment in terms of the dividend / buy backs and future growth potential. Hopefully this will be one of my better long term investments.

NewKOTB. On the whole i agree with 99% of your postings, but we are where we are.Having said that i am very hopeful that the share price will increase along with the dividends .Even with oik starmer and his cronies looming in the backround. Unfortunatly none of us can change the past, but we can try to look for some positives. One possibility is that HMG will take a look at the wft during the next few months which would certainly help the share price inmo.

Meant to say can we expect 28p for this year

I may have missed this,but has the company given an indication for the full years dividend. It would be nice to think that we could expect a further 14p later in the year as well.

I think for all our sanity we should just forget about the situation here. There has been some excellent researched posts on here and advfn inmv.Unfortunately we are now at the stage whare INMO our fate lies with hmg re epl.The big positive here in the short term are the dividends,but who knows what could transpire during the next twelve months.

Just blame everything on covid ( i do ) as inmo that will be their excuse,together with the mutants that are now running the country. Sorry meant ruining the country. Hey hoe the mutant brigade are now in senior management in organisations and some of them have even reached the dizzy heights of PM or ceo status. All of which has been achieved by working from home. inmv omho and no ones elses.

Personally i am very disappointed. i was hoping that there would some kind of strategic growth. Its as if they are now resound to just tread water until a larger player aquires them.Having ssid that i am very happy that the dividend remains and any buy back should make the share price more stable.

Forgot to add. BP are scum buckets and the company lives up to the ceo,s surname. inmho , omho and only my personal view so dyor research etc etc,

Agree Newkotb. This hedging is very odd and does not stack up inmv. The whole deal here seems to be in Tailwinds favour. Is as if we were desperate to climb into bed with them for whatever reason that may be. It could be that they were forced into this by HMG. A little bit like lloyds and the halifax merger, but unfortunatly look what happened there. Oh well good old hmg can always blame it on covid.

So in reality we are now left with approximatly 250 milion cash to date. my only concern is what is our current tax bill and will oik starmer and his concervative cronies grab all the cash going forward.

Personally i cannot complain with a 14p dividend. let us just hope that the market does not adjust the share price accordingly.
Inmv The government could prove to be in the wood pile or the white heron .

It is more about being mis lead re the Tailwind deal and share price decemation. It is very easy for the company to say that anyone holding shares should have taken a profit, Not the point. Why was this better than the Kistos offer for existing shareholders?. It certainly has not benefited me.Hey hoe . As i and a number of other lth have intimated why did the BOD strongly recommend to reject the Kistos offer. Worse still they proceeded to placate UK HMG at this vile stage in our countries state of affairs. Corruption springs to mind IMHO. Hopefully i will be proved wrong tomorrow morning,Fingers crossed.
Fwiw i still hold nearly two thirds of my existing holding . Average 40p

As per the CEO in the past,and I quote the company welcomes new investors. So we should not take large share holders selling as a negative . Really??.
Anyway we should soon find out. Excellent new investment for new investors, but what about the rest of us??. Where is our return.
