Banburyboy. If anything has been hidden then it is fraud. In my humble opinion no fraud has been committed, but what is now becoming a bit tiresome is the constant negativity with so called lth. As you know i am a lth so this constant attack is doing us no favoursl. WHAT DO YOU WANT ??
Maybe put some energy into the cr,,p that enimates from hmg and its stooges . i.e labour party and wokes, but please back off and go after the reel bad guys inmho.

If you strip out the damage HMG has done then we are doing pretty well inmho. Also had BP been a little more loyal then we would no doubt be trading higher inmho., but hey hoe what does national interests and loyalty account for nowadays??. Until it suits them

I think it is just due to delays in the timelines the company set. It's always a danger when things gets pushed back. People ged fed up and move on. Fwiw I had a similar situation with one of my other share,s but they came good in the end.Also inmv the company needs to be a little bit careful with Twitter inmo. RNs can be used for non market price sensitive information. Which adds more professionalism.

Why hasn't western nations created their own cartel similar to OPEC. What I would like to see is all North Sea producers joining force to get this tax abolished. Had they all stuck together re the last license rounds in the North sea by not taking any licences up unless this tax was reduced. Then inmv hmg and their Labour friends would have had to back down.

Personally my feeling is that it will be taken up,but not so much by wealthy nations. More likely by densely populated countries where land is scarce.

The biggest concern here inmv is that the just stop protesters will try hijack the presentation and do the presentation themselves.

I would be surprised if it does ,Chuck Green has recently put this out as a buy recommendation.

I know this has been muted before but.hmg could now address wft on defence companies along with other sectors who have benefited and continue to do so from this this conflict . Especially now that o and g prices have fallen.

I'm inclined to agree with you guys. The bod should be asking themselves a few questions now together with the institutions who currently hold Serica share's. I would not be surprised if a bid comes in against us. Mercuria could be interested in selling if the offer was above three pounds with the dividend on top. That would give them a quick turnaround inmho.
Kistos certainly seem to certainly be ahead of the game ATM.

Without regurganating all posts from lth with regards to this deal. All could rapidly be turned around if HMG offer some kind of fare tax structure. I.E a floor with gas and oil prices inmv. fwiw for me providing oil and gas does not crash and we dont get hit by a further tax then this should recover substantially with the added bonus of dividends.
My hope is that HMG have indicated behind closed doors that they will ease this tax burden in the short term. Hence why Serica pushed ahead with this deal when the signs looked so bleak for North sea oil and gas producers. just my thoughts on the matter.

I think the problem we still have is the Zantac litigation. My view is that once this begins to get resolved then we should move forward. Like yourself i believe this is an excellent hold with two possible blockbusters on the way together with hopefully a favourable resolution with Zantac.
