Most of grg shares could have ended up in pi hands in one form or another. I.e brokers acting on a discretionary basis for a number of clients . Not just u.k based ,but globally based. Hence why no notifiable intetest has been breached. Just my view.

That was a hell of drop today re gas futures. Just hope that we do not over ajust on this. My view is that we should have been at this level when futures were at 50p per therm let alone at 80p .

I thought we may have been in luck that either a rerate or takeover via stake building was about to happen. Now im not so sure as it could have been on the back of ioc stake being sold. Which inmv has not or is occurring.

The reimbursement is going to be the biggest driver for years to come. Not only for covid and hiv tb malaria influenza cd4 count toxic abuse etc etc.

Let us also hope that if a sale has been facilitated the proceeds reach the iranian people who are undoubtedly suffering more than ever due to sanctions and covid.

If that is the case then they have emulated the worst part of capitalism inmv.

The registrar needs to relay to the fca as to where these shares are going. My view is that it is stake building by a singular entity .There must be a breach somewhere by the perpetrator. I.e by the compliance dept.of the buyer of the shares.The compliance dept of this acquirer should ask themselves as to how long they wish to work in the financial services industry should they be covering up a breach. Just my view and no ones elses.

Also we have a holiday re independence day. Just hope that they are not up to something that is detrimental to Serica.inmv and opinion.

Grg seem to want to exit. My view is that they are facilitating a hostile takeover. Just my view.
