RE: City Whispers of a Fund buying16 Feb 2023 09:42
37 buys? why would you pay such huge fees? the MMs dont care who's who they just make money from the spread. All buys today are quite small so assume if buying in 37 instalments you could have brought in one or two lumps without impacting the sp much
mms never need any shares - they make money on the spread no matter the price. if this is £1 or 1p it makes no difference to them. Price goes up when buyers happy to pay ask and price goes down when the bid is heavy with selling ...so simple.... probably the most basic level of supply and demand
yeah true but buying vast this morning was a crazy choice with an RSI at 93!!!! Nothing survives that without a big correction. This on the other hand has an oversold rsi of around 30 still so legs for many multiples yet...
lovley, retested 35p and breakout wedge from the down trend. now bouncing.... a break of 40p signals the following targets: 45p,54p,65,75p and gap fil at 161p haha ,,,,
the daily chart.... rsi massively oversold - normally no matter the dog of a company this gives a bounce... look at NNNN brought that last week on the same reason - naff company but oversold. Then the resistance points her seem fairly good for some % at 45,50,65 and then around 0.86p
people who slate charts just don't understand how to use them. They give direction, show sentiment and trends.... these things change so you review each day and sometimes more.... when this goes bearish it will signal a change in sentiment by breaking key supports and trends. you then exit the stock.. at the moment its bullish but that still means you have pull backs and consolidation points which is what we were saying below.
don't think so... spot on if i recall? 40p was resistance and hit it twice and retraced back to gap fill. now on way back up....
if you see my comments you review everyday... so now looking at the chart i would say we are looking for a break of 40p as a key signal for 45 or 50p. the upper trend line has space for 50p by friday....
