There's too many emotional investors to have a robust debate about GGP.

I'm not very happy about Hav being kicked down the road and not overly enthusiastic about the 10:1 consolidation. In my eyes. It will take 10 X more increments to get the same gains as before.

My plan didn't really go at least another 5 years. Oh well, slightly underwater, will just have to see it out now.
