I'm sure his intentions are good.
IMO he's very knowledgeable and articulate and his calculations seem to add up with others who post theirs. I said it before though, you're responsible for your own investments. Even seasoned pro's tell you , that stocks go up and down and you may end up with less than you invested.

No problem with people putting up estimates. That's what they are. If people take them as legitimate and proven. Then they are to blame for their own investment strategy.

Firstly, I'm here long term. I believe in GGP wholeheartedly.
I wouldn't imagine that the value of gold today and gold that's still in the ground could be used as a guide to it's share price. If gold tanks tomorrow would you expect a dramatic fall in GGP's share price too?
