Meanwhile, the software developer announced a three-year unsecured funding facility with RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd worth USD30 million to allow Dev Clever to pursue growth opportunities "with sustained confidence". The initial advance will be USD5.0 million.

It carries a 10% interest rate and a 1% implementation fee.

The facility is dependent upon Dev Clever's re-admission of shares to the London Main Market. The firm expects re-admission to occur before the end of January 2023.

I bought more yesterday. The only thing stopping this share short term is a halt between Russia and urkraine. At which point however that large amounts of gas freely flow still is slim. We are going to see higher gas prices in US and a listing

It is a bit strange the biggest gas producer in the US isn’t listed in the US too, surely this will bring quite a few new people on board ?

I just couldn’t get over them being biggest gas producer in USA. You can say my research should have told me this but didn’t realise. If you take a macro view which is more how I invest with then sound, profitable companies DEC is a very reasonable choice in these choppy times. I think US listing will enhance this

Natural gas futures up over one year 350%, going to be a very hard winter unless very warm.

Natural gas down in US on basis heatwave maybe over however europe having massive energy problems. Coal can’t be delivered, France dropping standards to keep nuclear going due to river levels. Winter gas looking low, nordstream at 20% due to turbine.

I don’t think US gas will stay low for long, demand is so high in Europe, so many problems unless it rain a lot, even Norway restricting power exports due to water levels.
