so this is block marble not finished therefore there could be other routes in but not sure whether this business will handle everything. its interesting dynamic because of course the margin on block is alot less than finished and one doesnt wish to loose market but supplying to the wrong people. i would think this is now enough certainly to break even let alone make money, slow burn in sp upwards over the next few weeks and confidence builds and info gets fed out. factory finished soon, weather ok and the sp to improve.

It's exclusive also based on minimum amounts so we shouldn't expect any other deals for china unless the amount needed by fox isn't met and they walk away, One company being the gateway in china, the 10,000 is based against them doing potentially 100,000 which chris always believed he could get the Chinese to do. So no deals for Russia, US and UK plus Europe sorted, middle east also done and now china so is it a case now of waiting and seeing who buys what. I would think this will give confidence to the sp?m

It's been rated as one the 12 deals for Christmas by them and just also released on twitter, gives a bit more confidence.

I like the sound of that as well, if the negotiations are done with china and India then we are well on our way. People flying in etc I like the sound of all this. i think chris is trying to answer questions that are obvioulsy being also pointed towards the business in regards sales but then the worry of how much cash is left. they shut down in the winter so less cash burn, the product sold is already there and this customer ships to the far east. it will be worth reasearching them to see if this is the max they will take or tip of the iceberg in regards to the size of their business. better than nothing, we want these big chinese deals which chris has also indicated may come in the new year + factory possibly??

You can't get much more confident than that. Three high figure directors placing their own money into the business. I say his really gives confidence to the business, they know what's coming and don't do these things lightly. Happy to hold, will buy no more but good share.

are things going to come to a head and updates on buildings and volume. considering how much we need to sell the volume updates havent been great, infact pretty poor indeed. hopefully a china deal is done etc, remember chris said he sells some marble before its even out the ground, maybe we can claim this value in advance!!

next 15 days look pretty good on the weather front, by now roof should certainly be on and nothing holding it back!! will see over the next few weeks, its really sales we need now more than anything, chris claimed the stuff is sold before out the ground so not sure!! there is another investment i have, similar in some respects. the value of the asset is far higher than the realised value in the country. asset holders sell as they want sterling and access to money in different countries. so better own sterling in UK based divi then back home in kosovo. so i do think they are strong, valueable assets, they just need to be realised which obviously i believe they will.

tax and family. they want to move as much as possible to others and they dont have to declare who. however if close relative they might need to.

This has now gone back below the recent placing price so you would take that as good value if the People who put the recent millions had more insight than us. Stopped investing here, won't put anymore in and happy to walk away and see what happens. They close for winter, this has already been highlighted so we await factory notice and more sales. I would think costs through the winter can really be driven down, we need these sales as part of the declare transformational year!!

broker and adviser had been fox capital, they are still going to do the broker bit but advisor chopped off, no big deal i dont believe and quite usual.

Fox have twittered they are recording snowy weather reports in Kosovo. Not sure why the twitter. Positive, negative or excuse ? We shall see!

there was an expectation of cd4 this year and significant value into next. the sp hasnt moved a great deal of recent times and i think alot of uncertainty was already factored in. most of this will come back, company still trading normal but not step changing forward as they forecasted. i have some money in here, sold alot when higher and bought more recently, will hold on this and leave alone but buying at this time no more.

Holding up really well, couldn't do much better and whilst my AIM stocks have all dropped it only by percentages that you come to expect in this market anyway. They can recover with good value RNS pretty quickly.
