I can understand reservation and sp moves as the business has along way to go. At the same time a huge growth period is coming and a divi already twice yearly declared, something I assume that they intend to continue with.
At play another 1000 rooms ontop of the 1800. Owned rooms generate say £7.5k EBITDA and cost 6.5 x editda to build. So I assume 5000 owned room, huge total but possible, approx 4550 ontop of now would give 34 million in EBITDA, however need 221 million to get there.
The first 24 million is used, will give 1000 rooms not all owned hence where to grow quickly from with who's money. There will be in house cash plus equity raising, plus debt? The sp awaits these answers, overdraft to resolve by year end.
In its favour it makes 64.5% margin, cash generating, divi giving and all investment goes on property which in general overtime also increase in value and an expecting of 15% overall return from investment in property.
