We can’t be surprised by a kosovan deal done some years ago as the price of marble increases coming back to haunt them. This guy wants more cash, credit to fox their trying to do it the legal way as I’d be surprised if everyone ranging from police to health and safety haven’t wanted their slice.

There are many actual budget chains / hotels. It’s hard to therefore to directly compare.
One of their biggest challenges is explaining the concept. When I’m Barcelona the staff explain when you arrive how it works and that they are a budget hotel. They offer you any of the other services if you require as you would expect at which point some find it strange as to why they have to pay? At this point they have forgotten they have paid a fraction of the price to stay where they are compared to others. Younger people seemed to get concept, ones that have used other hotels for years not so much.

Ie when you get there you then expect full service but of course for the price you just paid

Should be sometime soon and with an outlook for the future. Would like to see the advanced cd version coming into sales, I see it’s advertised on their internet site which has been smartly updated and changed. Company is really getting itself I think into a good, forward thinking, growing position

i'm holding, not buying and happy to see this hopefully expand over the next two years. estimation is at least 54 hotels next two years, what this then does to the bottom line in order for expansion to continue i'm not sure.

however we know with easyhotel in good or indeed bad time people will spend less but still do something and they can pick the business up. its no surprise that premier are now adding an extra business model more like ours as people will move to the cheapest, safest, quickest option.

It’s a previous deal, should imagine signed early on when success or value wasn’t as easily seen. Doesn’t this quarry also have an extra licence for 300 more hectares to be explored?

So the deal means fox could inact a purchase obviously at an agreed time and price which the owner doesn’t now like. Obviously it’s either legal agreed or not, worse case back to old deal , license. Best case judge says it legal or settled out of court for more money. Maybe actual Chris should negotiate brexit, someone’s walked away. It’s currently a loose, loose !

our interpretation of the information shared is different. truth is we really dont know what is taken place, the update reads along the lines this is a Fox decision but it may not be. they are obvioulsy working within other quaries and at some point this purchase was going to come up as a prior deal had obvioulsy been struck.

on esh point if the quarry ironically is seen t be worth far more then they are fighting back against a deal Fox say has already been set, maybe they will compromise, maybe everyone will sit tight.
as to sales, well chris has attempted to allay your comments around this being used to blame poor sales with his last statement, i welcome the work processed within it.

Nice room, nice location and no problems. Only bit sticking in my mind now in general is the competition is huge, markets not yet saturated all over but to be here in the end Easyhotel will need a great brand, way of working and costs always kept low to stay ahead. Everyone wants a piece of hotels at the moment. We have a good guy who knows the business on charge but this won’t be easy!

We needed someone in that region, last time when China came and disappeared we are got bothered and annoyed at how could this happen? Minimum 10k of tons, I guess some could turn processed at the same time these guys must have the machines. Chris needs to push prices up well before they take the whole bloody lot and there’s nothing left!

The video shows plenty of slabs there and the machines not all running. Maybe we are in the period like block sales 18 months ago were we needed to sell more to get traction. Maybe we are selling small amounts that will lead to the bigger volumes similar to block? The plant looked in good order, nice and tidy so I am more confident than ever block sales can be met and whilst margins down this won’t be anywhere near loss making numbers

The processed marble will naturally follow block, just takes times. The factory starts by processing and supporting the blocked marble per say to slabs and then tiles etc. Chris stated the plant was working far longer hours and this was increasing, just a question of time, get min break evens and then move on from there

Chris is saying different types, sizes of block, mixed bag to agree the deal so getting rid of all sorts. It also suggests that it’s 10,000 tons per years onwards, not a one off. Plus operations continue and green power deal still to be done.

Providing breakfast in the traditional sense costs a lot to setup, very competitive market and not everyone wants it. My assumption is that we will walk out the hotel and within 10 mins have the choice of different places to eat. Also bear in mind breakfast is different In different countries so who do they provide for? Im looking for good location, easy to get to and from, clean and safe with nice reception
