This stock was written off a long time ago, however i'd never say no to getting a few quid back. i could cash in now and take a bit but been here for so long, actual chance of benefit is probably higher now than ever so whilst natural reaction after a suspension might be to leave i'm going to let this one play out right until the bitter end.
even a small win in the legal case with the shares i have will certainly take out a lot of the loss so happy to hold. good luck too
Well done, I’m still way down need around 9p or £4.50 in the future to breakeven. My best bet is divi from a settlement. It’s clear Chris will hand this out direct to shareholders, anything 10 to 20 million plus gives a generous slice which would actually make the wait worth while. Five year pain to get at least double digit % return!!
I read they closed off and plugged more wells belonging to other businesses in this period than their own which we know an hope is an alternative revenue source. interestingly their hedging seems to be far more working out into 2025 than many wrote and had comments on this board, looking out unless you see commodities at this current price until 2025 onwards we are hedged well and i expect an increase following recession soon and /or if a bad winter appears, russian gas isnt coming back soon.
they seem extremely good at cost control, cash control, just reads very well and they have extremely clear understanding of what is going on. they look at hedging, selling land, solar, capping and many more aspects for the business success.
big investor here, will buy more as irrespective of business success i expect macro to take the sp down further, i'll take more next six months but happily hold what i have and take divi
I think we will see this share traded some what. Quite a few will trade in on the litigation aspect too, to put a few hundred or thousand quid in, take the dilution but hoping even if they come out with €60 million it’s worth individually quite a lot
New shareholders are simply that. They have shares in the new business after dilution and consolidation, their reward is they own the new company
It means that just before the point the new shares are issued, dilution occurrs the share holders of the original, current 417 million Will be ring fenced to collect everything awarded from any tribunal win.
Ie if they win the award won’t get diluted and given to the new shareholders.
It make obvious sense if your Chris G or us. Imagine they won £100 million, imagining having to dilute amongst the huge amount of new shares?
This way any win the original holders gain.
Before the last day many might be tempted to buy some?? Say it’s £100 million, that’s 24 pence per share, i huge award, half it? Whatever to a degree it’s significant
As yet we await an update on the legal case, I draw comfort from the fact they placed a clause into the RTO about money going to original holders, Chris G must think there’s something in it
Vis a vie I’d take same investment value after RTO than now as obviously more potential to increase.
We need £4.70 for me to breakeven, a £330 million company overall! Always possible
so we are dropping down to 70,070,080 on a 51 to 1 ratio so beforehand, at the moment that means we are now sitting at 3,573,573,080 shares before consolidation meaning that's a hell of an increase and dilution for us original guys but obviously those shares are funding the new business.
going to 3,573,573,080 from 417,000,000 is an increase, 8.5 x more shares
I'll drop to 15,029 and at a cost of 55p per share that is £8265 which is £200 more than they are currently worth today so no change but a better company?
against todays price and going forward this is a better solution than suspended or carrying on as we are. based on original investment this is a disaster and massive right down on investment, not surprisingly an 8.5 x right down but appreciate its better than nothing. we have been normalized to expect nothing.
an unexpected win would be the trial case, anything won gets given to the original share holders which might compensate us a little for the other loss.
I'm happy with the progress, the change hasn't certainly come for free at a massive dilution.
It’s a completely new bod too
I got the 50 to 1 from the change in director shares outlined in the rns before to after.
Definitely same as price and shares next week, after resolution passed sp change, number shares so instant so no actual gain at that moment to anyone. Overall hopeful a positive outcome, couldn’t have been much worse
Definitely old price, needs resolutions passing end of month
Suspension lifted next week
Consolidation of shares, looks like 50 to 1 hence sp increase on new shares issued
Massive dilution, huge volume going to new gang, obviously buying this other business for £30 million
Chris Gilbert, many bod stepping down and new guys in
Director shares are being diluted too, their overall % far less than now
Suggested over €100 million in housing orders, they going to integrate marble into the house buildings
We are loosing high % due to dilution however we own maybe % in viable business? I suspect when consolidated however our % will be very tiny and insignificant compared to original investment amounts.
Be interesting what happens on return to market
i think the market has gone. there is a tech resurgence, revenues etc but its all last saloon and more bad news to come. i'm out the market per say % wise at the moment and waiting. i think rates will stay higher for longer, inflation will drop but likewise everything else. i think rough time ahead and value shares like caml will once again come to the fore. below £2 becomes really tempting
