The article looks as though it came from the Sunday telegraph, exact same comments within.
It also talks of the Abbott test being used and accuracy is this being far less which is exactly now what everyone knows and is simply confirming what we already are aware of.
Seems on the board and in these articles the focus is upon what's not good and with poor tests I can understand why this is the case. However reading a paper there is probably 99.9% of articles writing about how destructive covid is and how we are going to overcome this problem both economically and socially.
In Liverpool they have seen spikes, creates local lockdowns, data, data, data, tests, tests, tests. It's the only way to manage and deal with this. Accurate, quick, low cost tests is the future and we are well and truly part of this. Decentralised Elisa test, poc test tests, completed by local surgeries, local councils, local people who then put data onto a system, keep the area and authorises up to date so that changes can be made.
Poc testing, low cost, quick are the only way forward, empower, decentralise the work and the data which then allows people to live.
It's hard, stop focusing on the problems with the tests and the delays, start focusing on the benefits they will bring and exactly how ****ed the econonomies of the world currently are.
