Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Assume you own through a broker? depending on which one it’s through them. hargreaves literally setup a button on the system and share to press with decision, some you have to contact direct. if you did have share certs then done direct through shanta
Think this might be over leveraged, needs more oil and gas to recover as if it doesn't keep discovering it will eventually run out!
chinese people use 1/5 of the amount of oil that americans consume. indias are atr 1/15th the amount compared to usa and there is over a billion of them.
demand for fossil fuels is going no where and certainly not down. that's 2 billion people wanting more and they will get it so if you invest on an oil and gas as the play i think you'll be fine, demand globally is going one way. sometimes wonder from comments do people really think every ceo is that daft, un-interested or incapable even though they built a business far bigger than 99% of everyone else out there. you make your choice, live with the decision
I guess it’s the risk factor you present against them successfully finding a new deposit and mine? they have sometime, clearly focusing in country alongside probably some other global locations. trying to find something in kaz as got a licence signed. if they find no mine price drops, if they find one goes up!!
Business wise it is what it is. if you invest in a business in a war zone then what is the best we could expect and whatever that is its far less, not as bad as the people living there. have total respect for the business and every one working hard, passed away in this period.

doomberg is very good with energy. nice, steady income for ever!!
As long as these can keep coming i’ve no problem. i assume, think if they can afford buy backs they can afford dividend. buying no more but stable position, yield for me is around 14%, as each share is removed if they keep the % dividend total the same we all gain overtime.
It used to be impossible to vote against these motions as all done by paper and post. disconnection in the system and the board would do as they chose.
hence in the electronic scenario we now live in it’s button pressing and highly likely who says they will vote no will and it can have an impact.
it’s remember % voting on the day not total on register so can be more than possible to win. i’m hoping it’s bidded up next few hrs.
Totally agree. very little business sense with the numbers bar a group wanting to get the nearly finished article on the cheap. i’m hopefully this brings out other bids. as gold goes higher in 2024 the fixed in bid will look even more ridiculous.
655000 voting NO. it’s all about complacency. it’s only shares that vote which are counted, and non voting shares aren’t seen as a NO, just not included.
in order to win the motion it’s 75% yes on the day, as a % from total that vote hence normally they win because every else doesn’t bother. now it’s electronic we have more of a chance, in the old days when all posted and paper slips the directors won everything
I can assure you it will not get investigated one single bit. everything being done is within the legal law and the authority has little capability to do anything anyway.
the law is written and designed to make business owners richer, it’s been written along time ago by rich business owners so nothing changing now. best hope, vote the deal down, that is possible to win but it % based on one’s that vote NOT actual who is on share register.
therefore business relies on apathy, people not bothering so even say the 20% voting for the deal can be over the 75% threshold on the day!!
I don't think this company will get sold for 141 when its going to produce 100,000 oz at around 2000 dollars, just doesnt make sense. i think this is the beginning and a vote in favour is far from guaranteed.
amazing, the advisers say the recommendation is "fair and reasonable", what a wonderful world when the rules are in place that actually means nothing and it allows the financial industry and very rich people to continue to make decisions that allow them to get richer. doesn't matter whether AIM or other exchange the financial rules written for all businesses was done many years ago and its no surprise the "system" continues to grind the money out from you and me
Wait until the terrorists supplied by the obvious put a missile into a carrier or US boat in a carrier group!. there sending multiple drone groups to attack and the design of the US ships means they cant rearm fast or effectively. a $2 million viper missile for a cheap drone! very interesting and not particularly nice time ahead
