The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Not pouring scorn on your local takeover rumours but with estimated income of £200m to come in 3 years time. That’s just the start. Possibly more gigafactories planned. More cells & ideas still being modernised. The starters of Amte are just starting to see the light. Can’t see them walking away now. The job is nowhere near complete. It would have to be an absolute ridiculous offer for them to even consider selling compared to the money they will generate down the line. As I’ve said before Amte has potential to be a FTSE 100 company.
Just my opinion.
Early reporting news. Reading the RNS again it does say expected operational by Q3 2025 so could come sooner. Also mentions the first mega factory. More could be built depending how well things go.

Slowly the jigsaw is piecing together. Especially like this bit.
o The MegaFactory will have the capacity to produce over 25,000 high added value batteries per day, over 8,000,000 per year. Management anticipates revenue generation of over £200 million per annum at full production, based on AMTE's customer market engagement.
A bit disappointed though that the factory is not predicted to be operational until Q3 2025. 3 years from now.
Welcome adam08. You’ve got a bargain entry point there. Patience needed here as news flow doesn’t come that often but potential could be huge. Just got to stick around. Good luck
Been here over a year now & your thoughts & the stage All are in sp wise are the as it was months ago. We constantly hovered around the 20p mark. Good news brought highs of 24p only to be traded or manipulated back around 20p. Opportunities to top up at 16p came. Nothing made sense because of what we all could see & it’s the same now even more so as we’re down the line. It’s annoying because you want to see value. I’m not so good at it either put patience will reap rewards as it cannot be ignored for ever. It is too good an asset & opportunity. Gla
Need to be at least holding onto yesterday’s sp gain after yesterday’s good news & not just drift back. I think Amte are way under the radar & investors are yet to wake up to what Amte have to offer & true value & potential doesn’t reflect the sp. It’s a great entry price at the moment. Hopefully it won’t be too long before things change & the sp starts creeping up just as quickly as it declined over the past year. Like myself many still at a loss here when things went stagnant after the float. I have big hopes for Amte though & could be a ftse 100 company in a few years. Hold folks & a word to myself, be patient!!!!
With the EV revolution rapidly gaining pace along with many other aspects of providing greener energy Amte are moving into position to be at the forefront in providing cells & technology to be a leading player in the new energy market. A long way to go but a market cap of £35m could many multiples in time to come.
Finally some positive production leading to sale news. It’s a slow road being in Amte where patience is tested & needed (definitely mine) but have always believed what they have is worth holding for. Hopefully the sp can start moving in the right direction & the market wakes up to Amte with the products they have to offer with this very positive news.
Would be good to see some production, order news or a general update to where we’re at, at that matter. Sp slowly drifting south. Everyone holding at a loss. About time it went the other way but won’t shift without positives.
Government grants, funding or whatever other means will only go so far with plans to build a gigafactory. With only 35 million shares in issue & the millions needed to build it, it is inevitable a share placing will happen soon.
Have been waiting for too long for a day like this for the sp to finally start to re-trace as many existing holders have had to suffer an ever decreasing slide. Welcome & good to see some new investors & posters to the board. Hopefully it will be a bit more busy on here now with new holders adding there logic & article finds. Stick around as Amte has the potential to be an absolute monster of a company. With only 35 million shares in issue at the moment this can move quickly on little volume. Hopefully with the exposure we can get back to the £2 range where we should be in very little time. Gla
There was a small rise yesterday & shares are being bought at this moment at 99p. The article is dated today so where is the RNS!!!???? I thought lessons had been learned about this kind of inadequate behaviour.
Have also thought this since takeover news broke. How can you put a value on something that may or may not be there? It would be a massive gamble on both sides until drilling is complete & a final resource number can be valued.
No better sign than the board buying shares. Sends out positive signals.
Good to see you back posting jungle. Certification of the cells hopefully anytime soon will also be a big green light to push on.
Lots of investors sitting on a loss at the moment myself one with the sp slump. Trying to average down when I can but new investors are getting a great entry point at this level.
Maybe Amte play a part in the development in Britishvolts batteries but obviously the details were not revealed in the podcast. It was 4 months ago so maybe things have not progressed. Time will tell but agree that they will be both be building there own factories as Britishvolt will be mainstream car batteries & Amte are on a different path. Both could be massive companies though in time if what is planned comes to fruition.
Great article ButtonD. Thanks for sharing. Exactly the exposure Amte need & start making to get these products known & out there.
