DrM you know full well the NHS want FFP3 masks and that at least one NHS trust has set up their own manufacturing of FFP3 to the same ISO18184 standard as P2Fs leaking Type2R mask.

There is no chance the NHS will take Type2Rs to ISO18184 because virus particles can still get in and P2F have no plans to a develop a FFP3 and as and when they do it will be at least 6 months away.

NNN is all about missed boats and wrong boats.

DrM we are not here to talk about what I have achieved. P2F is a commercial operation and DrC is the driving force so it is important what he has achieved in commercial terms, the only evidence I can see is

1. A mask which has sold approximately 500,000 pieces in 9 months. 150,000 went to UK distributors who haven't repeat ordered, 250,000 in the process of being shipped to India and 100,000 for VKE are status unknown 2 months after agreement was announced.
2. Liquid to go in GAS Nano-10.9 bottle for which P2F get a paid a pittance.
3. Some trials in the citrus and chili sectors which haven't warranted an update.
4. Sanitiser production which resulted in project being abandoned.

This is based on RMS and NNN RNSs along with DrC's more positive tweets, if you can find more please let me have the link so I can review please. In fairness the above is not quite zero but after all the hype it is close to Zero.

The RNS said DrF was an Independent NED, Independent NEDs are not members of the executive management team so normally only work 1 or 2 days a month.

I'm happy to say I got that wrong and said at the time I didn't think legge had it in him. We are all wrong sometimes but I have been saying for month this share will slide down with occasional spikes on news or rumours. This is correct.

"10 Apr 2020 — The Finance Ministry has exempted ventilators, mask and other key medical equipment from import duty for six months." so exemption to Nov 2020 and now there is duty.

Mararab I did search to see if I could find the actual duty on PPE but couldn't so kindly send the link that supports your statement.

The June RNS said "VKE has placed an initial order for 350,000 Pro-Larva masks to be airfreighted direct to their distribution centre in India." This implies straight away not in two plus months time. No one including you read the June RNS and thought they wouldn't be delivered immediately.

It then says "The masks will be distributed via well-established retail and commercial medical networks." sound sensible and it is what they are now saying two months later only more vaguely than in June.

You say "Obviously, VKE have been doing the advertising, launch and discussions" without products? don't be daft no one spends money on advertising or launching a product with no hope of delivery for two plus months.

DrM I don't think so I have been saying for months this will slide downwards with spikes based on news or rumours followed by reverting to normal SP decline and this is exactly what has been happening for six months or more and I don think this spike is any different.

I have shares and my average cost was 0.8p so I'm happy to bail at this price and buy back when this drops back down.

For me its about having a balanced and realistic interpretation of the information (or lack of) in the RNS.

VKE say "to help establish the level of demand and timeframes for future orders" is something I simply don't understand VKE saying that after two months of signing the agreement, they should have had a pretty good idea before even signing the agreement but two months later they should know the demand and be placing orders to meet it.

If this is going anywhere sometime soon the future orders should already be placed so you can sea ship for lower cost and have stock in pipe to meet demand. Surely even you can see this.

The RNS stated "These masks will, in part, be distributed to interested parties in India, with whom VKE have been in discussions, to help establish the level of demand and timeframes for future orders." Looks like VKE is sending these to other distributors? I thought they had the ability to sell the small initial order to end users themselves but if they need to sell on to other distributors then they don't have reach to sell volume quickly and another link in the channel will further impact the price P2F can sell the masks to VKE at.

We don't even know if they are going sea or airfreight, if by sea add 4 weeks and expect another update saying mask have landed in India and are pending customs clearance

After two month VKE still have no idea of potential, not clear how they will distribute and sell them and no stock in country. This is a very slow start by any standards and does not bode.

Nina P2F have only just delivered 250,000 masks of the initial order in June. The RNS in June should have said we have an order for 350,000 masks but don't expect these to be shipped for several weeks. Or maybe this RNS should explain why it has taken so long to ship.

Stating you have an order in June then several weeks later saying you are part shipping is just bizarre and does not bring clarity.

They may well be at long last delivering the June order but they are not DELIVERING results.

Mararab, have you heard, import duty, sales tax, cost of airfreight ? I don't know the rates for India are but India to UK would easily consume 40p of the £1 selling price and I'm speaking as someone who has imported goods from many countries including India.

Someone importing goods aims to at least double their money. There is little chance of NNN retaining more the 30p and I seem to recall talk of support VKEs marketing budget.

VKE considers that such partnership could generate over £17m in revenue, even though this is still only a “COULD” let’s try and work through the numbers.

VKE is saying it would generate £17M revenue, for VKE selling masks at £1.

Assuming shipping costs, import duty, warehouse costs etc plus margin for VKE couldn’t pay more than 30p a mask.

If P2F received 30p a mask can we assume materials, and Volz cost 15p leaving margin of 15p? on this basis P2F would make a profit £2.55M after cost of sales on 17M masks.

After overheads it would leave NNN with about £1M net margin which would equate to a market cap of £10M

Hi DrM when you can read an RNS you will see this is just another update on he June order for 350,000. Now VKE say they COULD order 17M a year but in reality they've been marketing in India for 10 weeks you'd think VKE WOULD know by now what the demand is and already have their next order placed.

That said its really hard to understand why they have taken this long to ship a June order.

If its two months for P2F to ship a piddly little order for 350,000 masks VKE should already have their next order placed but just vague talk of COULD

not sure I ever said 0.2p but its possible especially if the interims are where I think they will be and no RNS with huge sales to India

However I think a realistic price without an RNS reporting huge sales is 0.5p. Then if NNN just burn cash then it will fall further still.

Look at the six month trend for NNN, without an RNS saying they have sold millions of masks to India 0.6 will look like a great price.
