I also think that's quite pertinent Bardz, everyone goes on about the good stuff being priced in but is the bad stuff because technically we've now gone from 40 to 30% which was expected but the market as a whole that just looks at facts and figures may not have necessarily always had it taken into account. Who knows. Markets have their own mind.

I bet you haven't actually read any of the documentation from last night or this morning. You should, it's quite fascinating.

For me I can understand the price a little when I remove emotion and my own sentiment and belief. This is AIM, this is a traders ballpark not an investors ballpark, hence why we're all on the message boards. How many people go on the Amazon and Apple boards daily yet they're sound long term investments.. You just don't do it for an investment yet we do. That says it all about the volatility and excitement of AIM.

Traders rely on stuff like NPV to attach value as they're not looking at it from an investors perspective who can see a prospect two years down the line so let's be honest, the PFS has done nothing for them, the NPV has absolutely petrified some of them but they also know that there is a lot of prospect so it's probably profitable for them to hope the price goes down further to get back in and get a quick ten/twenty percent (this is AIM).

Everything for us now is all about Shaun and what he can do to attract proper fund managers to the pool. It's about time someone TR1'd and gave us some really backing. He's admitted himself today, if he can't do that then we will be taken out.

What exit strategy do you have? I know we all like to tell everyone to sit on hands and hold for gold but surely some of you are a bit more sensible and have a theory on when you want to exit.

I always had a price target but now I think for me if there has been no buy out, no new discoveries (very much hoping their is but it's rare so it's best to manage my own expectations) then I would look to exit in 2 years when we start producing. By that stage I should have had a nice ROI and I don't want to be that person left holding the bag down the line when it starts sinking (if it does that is). I'd like to not be emotionally invested and of course my strategy is likely to change a lot of the next two years but I thought I'd share and also ask what yours is? Staying in indefinitely isn't for me.

The DFS will not be till the end of next year and that's gonna be significant. I'd love £2 but come on Speedy :D

Increased MrE will be the change for me. But if we get some juri positivity that could really help, or any of the other tenements. But for Hav alone for me it’s definitely December. I’m going to be trying to top up between now and then.
