I think Perez is not purely a Green candidate. There are also ethnic aspects of his appeal.
Whilst there is anti mining sentiment in his campaign, it would be too simplistic imo to list him as a Green candidate

so, 'a source' reports that Solg are in the process of replacing CEO within 6 months.
Solg had already informed the market that they were looking at succession planning, this could only refer to NM's position imo.
Why would the news be released after market close on a Friday?

Long term holder here since 2011 or 2012, rarely post these days but occasionally have a read.
Can I urge all holders to support all the board recommendations at the AGM.
There has been much frustration recently with the CGP issue and the delay to PFS, but if you are a SOLG holder and wish to see this company either grow or get bought out there is no doubt that NM and team are the ones who will get us best value.
If we allow a consortium to take this over there is no doubt in my mind that we PIs will be diluted by huge equity raisings which will be great value for the likes of BHP and NCM but horrendous for us.
I appreciate and share some concerns about some of the items we are being asked to support, but now is the time for us to back the Company so that they can realise the value we all deserve.
Personally I have completed my votes with HL. It was a very straightforward process.

Not sure I see that, anyone who buys NCM is big, and surely their 15% of Solg would put them in a strong position re a huge deposit?
