Morning Earthling I thought that there was eventually a tipping point for CGP at which they have to pay their share of development costs or give up their stake in ENSA for very little. I also though there was no way they could finance those costs, so they would have to sell before that? Though thinking about it now, perhaps they could fundraiser against future profits

Hi Italian. It seems to me that IF CGP were to be sold outright, the purchaser would own the 15% ENSA. How could SOLG have any claim to it?

But none of us know what will happen here. On Monday no one had any idea that BHP were getting in. When I see people post predicting an accurate sell out price it makes me laugh. So, BHP own 6% of Solg.
If they bought out CGP (£66 million at current MCAP) for say £100 million, they would own 16% of SOLG and 15% of ENSA.
They would still need another 14% of SOLG to launch a takeover. Where could they find that?
