At 207p to buy, the share price is back to where it was in June 2015, more than 8 years ago. I never envisaged investing conditions could get this bad.

Still looking. Lack of hard numbers is frustrating. Share price not tanking, which is something, but why are they not giving us the numbers for revenue, expenses, cash...?

Why are they not reporting the full year numbers with year-by-year comparatives? Is this the RENX way? Can't even find the net cash figure at 30/06/23.

HallsWorthy, you seem to commenting as if you're a shareholder, but at lunchtime today you stated "I've pulled out what little I have left", so you're not a holder any more. Have I got that right?

Question is why? Someone on the ADVFN board states "Amati just sold their 9% stake above the market price". Can't see anything, can anyone shed any light on this/provide a link?

Rathbones appear to have snapped up 15% of the company, per today's RNS.

Amazed that sort of demand didn't move the share price. Still, an endorsement.

I'm a long-term holder. Should've sold back in Sept 21 when I would've doubled my money (don't we all with so many AIM shares!), but happy to hold from here.

If they make their revised targets - perhaps a stretch given recent track record - they actually said in the presentation that a payout ratio of 30% will be maintained while they prioritise debt reduction, but once they get net debt/EBITDA down to around 1.5, they'll consider upping that payout ratio. The crunch time (I think they called it 'bottleneck') comes at the end of the year when the debt covenant reduces to 2.25, but they seemed confident they'd make that and have net debt to EBITDA down to 2.1 by then. Anyway, despite being underwater with my previous purchases and despite some saying you should never average down, I've done exactly that today. I'm excited by the medium term prospects from here.

Cash down to £1.2m as at the end of August, which is worse than I expected. They say "the Board is confident that this provides the Company with sufficient funding to meet its current requirements for its focused AFT eDrive production plan", but I can't, myself, see anything other than a fairly imminent cash call. A placing was expected and inevitable of course, but I'd just hoped it would be later when we're a little further down the path.

The slow descent is indeed relentless and painful. As said, there is clearly divided opinion as to how the forthcoming update will read. These days if there's any doubt, this market won't give the share price the benefit of it.... at least this is how things have played out with my other indebted, non-dividend paying holdings and, since SAGA falls into that camp, I believe the same applies here. I'm expecting decent performance from travel. Markets are forward looking and may be expressing doubts about next year so the outlook section will be an interesting read. As for the insurance side, I think this is where investors are more nervous.

When it comes to acquisitions, 3 things matter: price, value and timing... and Strix have got it wrong on all counts. Textbook example of what not to do and how to destroy value... and let's not forget they raised £10m in a placing to 'fund' the Billi acquisition a year ago.

A horrible 67% reduction in the dividend... and that's because net debt, at 2.66 times EBITDA, is dangerously close to breaching the bank covenant of 2.75 times.

All because of management's poor capital allocation decisions - acquiring Billi in the stupid belief that the era of free money would continue forever. Amateurs!

Could and should have sold this when it was north of 110p - and I was in profit - at the start of the year.
