Rat, maybe you re-read the RNS’s going back to when ME joined and you will see incredible progress - head count streamlined, board streamlined, Inaphea 6 contracts, CEO with +6% stake and fully skin in the game, £200,000 pa cost savings, dead IP cut out and evaluations returned, focus on IP close to monetisation, 401 commercialised, CLX in advance stage being IND ready, 201 combined with CLX on to new SPV with 20 year patent life also close to IND ready , ME presented our wares at 74 bio presentations, most notably Boston with the CLX inventor, new 8.5% pharma industry shareholder, new evaluation SPV to be announced …… the list goes on.

No-one can argue that Val has been anything but a horror story for LT investors, a history of placings and consolidation events. Some traders have made big killings on the spikes, either by timing it well or in Nick's case, historically by manipulating the SP.

Those days have passed, in every sense. Val now has a heavily-invested CEO with far more than just a salary at stake. Under his tenure, the Company has adopted a completely new approach. Mark is well aware that income is essential. Every project is assessed based on a potential for income over expenditure. If he can't envisage being able to monetarise the project in the near future, it is shelved.

Traders like Nick are no longer able to influence the SP to any degree. The volume of shares held tightly ensures no massive SP movements. Many forum posters predicted a total SP crash if TRX failed. A minor blip was all. A lot claimed 401/Ambrose was a dead duck; a blockbuster RNS yet only a 22% increase.

Most investors have already taken their positions and now simply waiting for the glut of news expected over the coming weeks/months. Val doesn't need a £5m deal overnight. The only factor holding back many punters is fear of an end of year placing. Even a £2m deal would extend the runway until the end of 2026. Relax and take a chill pill.

I just wanted to add that of course the share price of VAL would go bonkers for a license deal, but people overlook the inherent value jump in reaching key inflection points when an IP moves through the stages which can catapult the share price.

Longer term shareholders will remember from the past with VAL when the 201 CT I/II completed:

"The results appear, in advance of full analysis, to indicate that the VAL201 compound has a clear impact on patients with prostate cancer, as measured by PSA - evidence that is supported from tumour imaging (MRI and CT) in subjects. The compound has also shown it is very safe and has a high degree of tolerability, up to a dose that is in excess of the predicted dose and any practical therapeutic concentration."

This moved the price exponentially as an example of what to possibly expect, regardless of license deals.

Now we are expecting some key inflection points on 201 CLX new SPV to be IND ready, CLX to be IND ready and a new SPV which I expect to be Stingray.

This would activate the warrant exercise which potentially would raise 250mn shares at 1.3p or £3.25mn which is more than adequate for circa 24 months of cash with the cost savings which weren't reflected in the recent results being 2024, but by this time one or more assets will hopefully be licensed and monetised.
