I never said they wouldn’t be selling. I would think they are just getting back their original investment and then the rest of their stock in for a free ride, with no risk. Thats the normal way IMHO

I wouldn’t say lost control, but as with most JV’s, ABO do all the financing and the revenue / sale proceeds are shared. Plus 7 more of £250k so another £1.75mn which will pay for 301 as 101 and 401 in jv so no more funding and hopefully a jv for 201 this year and then there is only 101 to finish and then all the BoD’s can retire and we can sell out at 50p a share or be taken over!

No Roses, Badshah13, the trial ends this month and in the Align report it was suggested a prelim RNS and then full analysis completed Q3. By now in-house, they know the best dosage l would say. 4mg had a 30% reduction in PSA and a 50% reduction in meta growth. The 30% is great but the 50% reduction in meta growth is far more important, i.e. got prostate cancer hold the PSA or reduce it 30% as we have on 4mg, but stop the spread by 50%, what more can be achieved is the key.

I think the BoD realise the funding is obviously paramount and maybe an accelerated sale of 201 as you say - l am sure the data through NDA’s with pharmas is in their inbox. IF 50% reduction as you say, comparable with the best in the mkt so far without all the horrible side effects Then 201 could be a blockbuster! People buying and not one way traffic today.

Logansrun, and if as usual the funding deal does go through, then panic over for the time being. Valju, a mixture mate - those peed off because of no return back to B/E (and l do genuinely feel sorry), those sold out earlier and looking to buy back - traders, those that genuinely think the company is done for and those that take pleasure in peoples losses. The key is to see what new terma VAL can mister with ABO and also to wait for the 21st June vote. AGM looming and also, what inspiration are we going to get as an RNS to sweeten the deal?
