A bit like a bad smell Gilders, lingers on to annoy everyone with its negativity until finally it its gone. Bit like a stock overhang and a return in positive sentiment - when the shxt smell lifts he does it again to spread manure on to anyone that differs in opinion. Very happy with prospects here and particularly the potential funding to see ALL compounds to the finish line.

The facts are that the sp is up 33.3%. Reading between the lines, why would ABO even be in discussions with VAL to cancel the existing facility and start a new deal? What have VAL got that pricked up ABO’s ears to even consider discussions? Why 1st July now and why the surge in buying? Also EHGO must have also cleared the overhang today so another positive IMHO.

Looking forward to seeing the 201 escalation. Glad to see a turnaround of 33% increase today, plus the new financing deal will now see all compounds to market. Remember we don’t need a successful or not P3, but a JV out at circa P2. How is 401 progressing too, plus 301 in to CT and 101 JV - whats the deal! GLA

The key phrase was that the funding would take VAL to compound completion. Happy to give away £5mn over 3 to 5 years in dilution if we get +£50mn back

The company said that it has renegotiated the deadline to sign an agreement for a convertible loan from June 21 to July 1. The later date will provide more time to agree to the terms of the new line of credit, it said. ValiRx shares at 1050 GMT were up 22% to 0.28 pence.

Sounds like they are nearly there to give the company the money and longevity to commercialise its products. Good news IMHO!

The sooner they are finished the better!
