Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
The JORC was poor as I said at the time so not sure they'd have got money close to market prices. It would be cheap now if there was visibility on the copper drilling, the lack of timeline there is the main issue
would benefit from some newsflow !
This ethos underpinned our careful response to COVID-19 and our decision to remediate cladding on properties we had previously developed, despite having no legal liability to do so.
Exceptional items
The Group incurred a number of exceptional costs during the year, totalling £20.5 million (FY19: £2.6 million). The largest component was a provision of £14.8 million in respect of remedial works relating to cladding. Of this, £4.9 million was utilised in the year, with the remainder expected to be incurred over the next two financial years.
Exactly. One step at a time. No one is going to bid 6p - or 15 - whilst this is at 2.25.
It's not about relaxing - it's about talking nonsense, then and now. And I've had no painful losses the last 24 hours thanks
They got rid of him I’m glad to see
It is long when you say "tomorrow" and the share price is 15% lower 40 tomorrow's later. You were the one writing about one day moves there, not me.
I don't need to wait. You're out by about 40 days so far:

And yet another large delayed buy at 2.60p
Day traders that dumped on the intraday rise will help push this to 3.5p tomorrow"
Not distancing myself from it at all - it's you that should be, see again below. If I cut and paste it's because you don't take any logic on board and come at things again and again like a fly on a windscreen.

Tomorrow! And you have the cheek to preach to me. You really are a Premium Member (in LSE terms).
You said 6p yesterday, now it's 15 again.
The embarassment is your inability to respond intellectually to a post two down:
"It doesn’t matter what they agreed, it was a false bid. If I agree to sell my ARS shares for 10p to someone with no money to buy them, it doesn’t mean someone else is going to give it to me."

Good stuff
Could it be you don’t know as much as you think you do? Yes.
The toxic thing about you is how wrong you are yet how sure you are you’re right
It doesn’t matter what they agreed, it was a false bid. If I agree to sell my ARS shares for 10p to someone with no money to buy them, it doesn’t mean someone else is going to give it to me.
they tend to mix it up
yeah. it's a wierd move both ways
And by the way, given the dilution, 6p then is about 5.25p now.
Hit 6p on anticipation of a false takeover They were paying 100% of the NPV of the asset! They didn't even make another bid once it hit 2p, just tried to take board over! If the directors thought someone was gonna buy for 7p, why did they put only 100k in placing?
I bought on valuation and also looking at things like Gattaca, Staffline etc, they're now higher than pre covid? Also bought RTC.

Yeah. Still on 2x pre Covid cashflow though. Surely should be 8. Even if it halves due to HK it's 50% too cheap?
Now NT to buy even low 60s, crazy.
not sure if linked to hong kong law but business only on 2x earnings anyway. bought low 60s but a falling knife !
