'Fraid were not as far as the Comms go. My issue is the comms not numbers, decisions, strategy, etc. It's shareholder communication and its the worst I have seen.

On 6th Feb (15 weeks ago) we were told a Cu update would be provided after a 4 to 6 week trial which was beginning within a week.

3 weeks ago we were told the trail was slightly delayed and would complete in 2 weeks.

We have heard nothing since.

The standard of communication from this company is appalling.

Funnily enough I had just been wondering earlier this morning what was happening at Waldorf. Couldn't find any new news on Google. At the back of my mind I had May 19th as a significant date for them.

You clearly have a lower level of expectation in terms of communication from a company you are invested in than I. I've never been comfortable with guessing at reasons for delays or making excuses on behalf of them.

As an Investor I expect clear, concise communications and delivery on stated timescales. 'Under Promise and Over Deliver' is a mantra JLP would do well to heed.

I had hoped the Zambia power statements would have been a salutory lesson but it apparently not.

You are missing the point about the Comms.

If the trials take the full two weeks AND they need a couple of days to evaluate and make an announcement then they should have set that expe adaption level by simply stating an update would be provided within 3 weeks. It's not rocket science. The setting of expectation is done through the Comms they issue and the wording they use. It really is shockingly poor from this company on a consistent basis.

They did not produce a Zambia update, ony a SA one.

They said the Zambia trials were 'slightly delayed' and would complete within 2 weeks thereby setting yet an expectation level that they yet again have failed to meet. (Remember the 'we've got Zambia power sorted' statement?)

Consistently set expectations that they fail to deliver on.

Hi Spin, with the director deceased no longer a director and the holding tipping below 0.5% I don't believe an rns would be required. My hope would therefore be the the selling has been completed in small parcels , is now ended, and a rerate is possible.

Ron, I also watched Kuenssberg this morning and was disappointed with the lack of discussion on Net Zero's impact on Reform's success at the local elections south of the border. I did wonder if it was BBC bias that kept it off the agenda.

I prefer your view and hope you are correct and that change will come.

I think it's a pity a deal could not be agreed as it would have at least given a slap in the face to the EPL. Not sure what plans SQZ has going forward but I'd expect ENQ to now pick up Waldorf assets later

this month.
