this moves very quick roy, if the links are right Luke and Pelamis was the KOD combo, luke joined here but has not left KOD and pelamis are the major shareholder here, I would imagine KOD didn't want to take another asset but have decided to use DRG is the vehicle for it. all links to the recent Liquidation of BCL, and Botswana metals plays with them. So plenty of major resources available at the moment in a sale like fashion. links also to Luke Bryan setting up Kalahari metals before joining here, which was a name change from Botswana metals as he first registered. forget mr 500k, every time we dip under .8 he appears, he must have a nice little holding built up by now, might get a tr1 from him, either way if he keeps buying at this level it makes the platform better for when the news lands

Willing to hold all mine until Luke releases some news here, he has been on board 6 weeks now, but things where well underway from his side before he joined here, company setup and asset identified, only a matter of time and when the news lands because of the low free float, tiny Mcap and only 169m shares, this will multibag very quickly as I think the inbound assets maybe very attractive to the market place if its to do with cooper,lithium or cobalt

think it is all one seller I would guess its a few slicing or taking out to go for a punt on something else, taking a risk news wont land here, its just one gamble trade off against another, I think its on peoples radar and will only take one RNS here and massive movement , as we saw when Luke joined the move was quick, very small freefloat and to a certain extinct tight amongst the don't want to get caught out guys. weakness under .8 will get bought has done on 2 occasions now. If the expected rns lands, it will be above 2p in about 5minutes, just the nature of the beast, right news and tight pack 4/5p easy from here

Full ask was paid yesterday, plenty of games in here at the moment, still well under the radar from the main area, weakness seems to get eaten up quiet quickly, Luke has been in about 6 weeks weeks must be due an update on whats going on or another appointment with adam Wooldridge coming on board

Reflecting cash balance, 2 100% owned assets in rich area of Peru, possible se a Asian asset incoming and claim for monies owed could leave the company in a good position, need to act quickly money has been spent on this asset but plenty of cash rich companies currently seeking asset in South America ie echo who have money to go but company need to be contacting the correct players fast. All still to play for but urgent game plan needs to be done

They sure have, failure to deliver on many fronts need to start some kind of proceedings to recover monies owed. Cash balance is still positive, and the asset is actually real both onshore and off shore, sometimes putting something out there in other parties hands and sitting back is not the best course of action. They know own 100% of the asset again and can still sue the partner for money and damages.

Just sent an email to the CEO to find out the dates, also asked where they are at with se Asian asset and offshore and onshore in Peru, they really need to deliver something here. Also asked if the are they in talks with regard to another JV/farm out.

undervalued, RNS got some sold into it, but buys quickly can in to soak it up, delay in money and company sorry for slow progress, talks being held for SE Asian asset which from what has been seen and said will be a producing asset, 3.2m in the bank and owed money still to come into the coffers and 2 huge Peru assets. End of the month a few gambled on, looks like next news will be Asian asset or maybe they have some catalyst to drive value home on the peru assets, still thinking this was a hold for me even after the rns as the company need to act on these asset already money invested in them, they need to pull the finger out and give there shareholders some rewards, thinking this year could be a make or break year company wise, they have managed great deals in the past, lets see if they can react and deliver on the rns, this is a buy hold for me at these levels.

of research going on here, Luke Bryan and pelamis combo was the reason I bought in here, was an early door KOD investor, that was a 10 bagger for me, like this links here and Kalahari metals looks pretty promising as the company was registered just before Luke joined here. Hopefully we will see Adam Wooldrige joining him on the BOD here soon. Like the look of the other 2 shareholders too especially their company and their client list defo worth a look for anyone joining here www.res.co.za plenty of knowledge of whats a good asset.
