I believe most of us shareholders would be more than happy for this to be taken out at 300m , I know cathal will get the best price possible. I have a large holding herd built a great average and would be happy to vote yes to buyout early stage at anything over 300m . Maybe in the longer term it would be worth much more but with that comes a lot more dilution and risk. Happy to 10 bag to 300m and bank the 7 digit profit 😂

Anyway I got to clock out now , it's home time for me , that's for all the conspiracy theorists that think there's paid trolls on the board 😂

Anyway the market is a forward looking instrument and I'm looking forward to the sales numbers and revenues here , clocks ticking , 12 months to the next placing , lucky they raised do much in one go , most of those are in the money so nice and tightly held here , just don't get caught in the door on the way out .

Cheeky devil an insult 😂 it's a term or phrase which has a fun implication anyway , clueless as I am I doubt this company will go from 125k of revenues to 4m of revenue this year , the BOD haven't made any comment on any revenues so far. All these agreements with big partners is great but it's just a vanity exercise , hard cash is what is needed here , otherwise they will just burn through that 25m raise and come back to market for more

How right you are , hey I am a big believer in sentiment and volumes , that's how the market works , free float is tight here , so the curve is easier to ride until , one of the big holders sentiment changes and they decide to offload , I understand the dynamics of the market , also seen the rinse and repeat strategy deployed here over the last 12 months , charts don't lie

So that statement just means you are a remper based on speculation and makes a deramper based on facts and numbers , I also speculate , I am just not speculating any justification for this company to be valued at 170m mcap . It's historically been failure after failure here, track record is poor , numbers don't add up , the sector is not the next big thing . I ain't trying to save people or anything market has winners and losers , just seeing what everyone's take in herd is and weather it's blind hope or something bigger

Itm has sales , it's a speculative stock like here , I wouldn't be putting much cash into that one either tbh, massive P/S ratio of 30 times revenue , I suppose if we were to use that one as a bench mark AFC would only need 4m sales this year to justify that

And nyct is 96% down since that spike five years ago , as it was valued on hype and air

Even based on telsas crazy P/S ratio of 15, this ain't no telsa but let's use it , they would need a 8m turnover this year for that mcap ratio to work , only reason we would us P/S ratio sometimes is if a company is loss making but expectation is that it will grow , so AFC is looking forward to high P/S ratio based on 8M sales this year and long projections of growth

170m mcap sales last year 125k , I have been unable to find any guidance for sales and profits this year to justify this mcap , so I will have to do my own. Just say we give a value to the technology of 50m as it isn't unique or only player in the market and others are entering . If we go basic 3 times revenue to get the other 120m of the mcap that would mean revenues of 40m this year , the P/S ratio not the widely used ratio but gives us a gauge of where sales need to be heading , 3 times is the high end of this sector . If we go profit wise and go high P/E ratio say 30 we need to be looking at 4m profit this year , for the negative people a P/E ratio would mean profits need to be 6m this year , they really need to start communicating with shareholders how these sales are going

Good post but what's wrong with people trading the ranges , this has gone to 15p plus area twice already failed and pulled back to Under 10p , if you sell your holding at 15p and rebuy at 10p you are going to get more shares in your pot , makes trading sense if you think the price is range bound. Everyone talks their own book and trades their own cash , they ain't responsible for other people's cash , that's their own responsibility .

What's the guidance on 2026 sales and profits here , just looking at the mcap of 170m and just went through last year's sales figures of 125k, they must be expecting a massive uplif

At least it's found a good base around 15, might drop to 14.5 as a bottom and move from there, current mcap is 2 times revenue which seems solid normally it would be around 3/3.5 times revenue. Company now needs to focus on winning new contracts and focus on next year's revenues
