If the seller did not aggressively sell his placing shares and did it in a controlled manner the price would remain level, at current the market is depressed and he continues to sell into it, that makes him a distressed seller, that the idea behind the term

we been doing ok today we have a big seller selling due to need of funds, i think the news is worth communicating, i am long on this investment and have bought another 2m today at bargain prices, i am happy to hold this with Ebioss, Cobra, energy china, edf , touron and a host of other companies on board, ian pearson and tom quigley joining the company at BOD level and an existing pipeline or contracts and new contracts to be announced, i would say the seller is almost clear as the bid has got stronger in the last 10 minutes
