And BTW I don't care what happens here short term because I'm going to stay here at least till the next financial update. This should show that the recent scandal is irrelevant and this is the point where the BOO price should come closer to the real value
I wouldn't say that BOO is now fully valued. We had a quick run uphill, and now BOO needs to catch a breath. Nothing unusual. I simply don't think there is anything dodgy going on. No tree shakes, profit taking, no bad news for BOO. Simply catching a breath and being moved by the FTSE for the time being.
I thought we were talking about why BOO dropped today. People started saying "tree shake", "profit taking". It's neither of this. It's simply a general drop on LSE. And now you talk about the whole week. This is a completely different subject. The reason BOO went up 10% which is more than FTSE is because it's undervalued, but we can't expect to see BOO green everyday regardless of what happens on the LSE/FTSE
I have LLOY shares and it annoys me when they drop, but I'm not going to sell them now when they're even cheaper. There is no point. I won't pretend that I can time the market and sell before it drops and buy when it's on the bottom. I look at this from the value point and from this point of view there is less and less reason for me to sell. Eventually I'm going to profit on this share if I sit on my hands and wait it out. I wish all the best to people having the crystal ball that helps them.
I know it's a lot to ask, but could we try to post at least 25% of the messages here with some useful LLOY information, or at least interesting market news?
Does any of you know why the rise yesterday and drop today?
Do you look at FTSE 250 to check the general trend? Do you have any better index?
On lse page on the right there is a sponsored content and an expect who gives advises about crypto. I haven't read anything about crypto for a while and decided that maybe I'll find something funny there. Expert says: "As far as Im concerned, you should be looking to load up on a little bitcoin. No question. Whatever level of stake you are comfortable with. If you havent already done that what are you waiting for?" Anyone of you considering selling PFC to "load up on Bitcoins"? ;)
I've sold some KMR (240.6p) to buy DEB (23.9p). I wonder how will they start tomorrow.
Bought some at 23.9p. Curious how it'll start tomorrow.
Where is my promised Bonanza Jam?!
I think we all know many stocks that we think are undervalued . The problem is when will the market figure out something is undervalued. Even if you're right that this stock is undervalued, I see very little chance to attract new investors anytime soon or issue a statement that will change the attitude to this stock. So whatever the valuation is, without a trigger nothing will change. On some other stocks I own I only wait for the results because I expect a trigger to happen soon. GLA
You're a one-man PR agency. Out of the last 5 posts, 4 are yours. Maybe there'll be 40s soon or maybe 20s. I don't expect any positive news anytime soon. The only news I can expect is how tough market is, how revenue has dropped and that they'll scrap the dividend.
