WN, still planning on drilling it later this year. Rathlin are hoping to farm out some of it but.if any deal is not to our liking (too dilutive) as majority shareholders we will block it. Shell are pushing hard for the necessary permissions &, once received will release the 2nd tranche of funds to us. Re the oil leg, to boost the gas recovery they need the pressure the underlying liquids provide. In addition the liquids are very light with a high gas content &, as such we would not be able to flare enough of the gas to provide commercial flow rates. Once we have the gas being exported the infrastructure will allow the fluids to be accessed in due course we still require one environmental permission which is in hand.

So there you have it, total number of shareholders in attendance.....2! Plus a few brokers, I registered my disgust about the sp & left.

Resolutions were all passed by a majority of 3 4 to one with approx 35% of total votes registered.

OK, went to the agm & after speaking to them afterwards this is what they had to say :-

Daybreak, unable to say too much but they insisted DB had access to additional funding once permits have been obtained.

NS licenses, whilst there has been some interest shown nobody is prepared to pull the trigger (they say due to uncertainty over what the next Government will say/do) some of the licenses will be dropped when they expire.

Parta, on hold, ADX to concentrate on Austria & RBD to push on with WN.

LNenergy, they believe the political landscape in Italy has changed & hope for production licenses to be granted fairly quickly (no idea how long that will be).

There are 2 Wells there that just need to be turned on to flow the gas. If successful there plan is to use this one for a revenue stream.

It would be fair to say that the 2 scumbags in charge have got everything wrong & being richly rewarded for it to the detriment of their shareholders.
