Spot on in my opinion S&S have been found to be completely out of their depth in O & G. As for project selection I now think they invested OUR funds into the cheapest options which provided them/us with the biggest slice of the pie in terms of %age owned by RBD. Doesn´t appear to me that their geo tech has been any good. I feel there is value in Victory but have no idea how much. I should also point out that Victory landed in their lap as it came about after the initial investment in C.
They´ve been clueless to date & I can´t see that changing now.

I look forward to the dynamic duo´s next podcast & how they will explain away this latest fiasco. Maybe they could also apologise for the dreadful performance of their "novel strategy" whilst giving themselves a substantial pay cut lol. Failure should never be rewarded.

It's pretty clear that Rathlin are out of their depth so just cracking on with the B2 well is the last thing they should be thinking of.

I think Curlew is still on but delayed until C have funds to progress it. No point coming to us right now tho.

So we now look to rely on Victory. Perhaps our hapless BoD can salvage something there ? to date they have been a shambles showing bad judgement at every turn.
Difficult to say anything positive about the 2 tools to be honest so I won´t. They were far too profligate with shareholders funds at the outset thereby showing a remarkable lack of fiscal risk management. Everything else has just snowballed from there.

It´s difficult to ascertain how much of a growth co. this is when we are starved of meaningful news. GM has been a disaster this year & has clearly lost the plot. The market is waiting for proof (via acquisitions) of entering the wider diagnostics arena which they haven´t. There is no point sitting on a cash pile instead of going for a wider market share via said acquisitions. W e have great tech but the moment are hampered by a directionless BoD imo. GM should have gone some time ago as at the start of the year his comments have been shambolic. Yes DHSC has caused issues but a well run co. moves on, we haven´t. Really poor I´m afraid.

Agree Harry, notwithstanding that as an "investment company" they shouldn´t have gone in balls deep. As for their reputations well I don´t care tbh.

Cloves, we just have to wait & see I guess. Archie I would forget about the other prospects for the time being, there will be no value ascribed to them if the WN project is poor. It will be interesting to see what our 2 fools running the co. put out in an RNS, which should have been out today bearing in mind the EWT appears to be finished.

I might add that I am no fan of our management but feel there is value here despite their woeful performance.

I am talking about your recent posts not your last one. Yes it would appear that a RNS is incoming although we have no idea of the full import of it.
I remain hopeful of gas being recovered due to the success of the A1 & A2 wells previously conducted. Fluids, well who knows.
Question for you. How much do you think Victory is worth plus a WN gas result ?
