Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Doesn't seem like they are in a hurry to find a new NOMAD. Delisting here we come....
I am strongly of the opinion that paragraph was included as a big 'F you' to shareholders. Not for any other reason. Why would you, if the company you manage had just been put into administration, purposefully try pee off shareholders even more by stating they are likely to get nothing? You would, at best, phrase it better: 'It is with utmost regret that the Board anticipates shareholders will not receive anything...'
Haha! Goodness me, sorry I forgot the 0 haha. I guess what I'm trying to say it it would still represent a better position than the one we are currently in now..
Unlike* not unless
If after we've paid the $10 million outstanding debt to Vitol, if other assets etc are sold for, say, £2 million.... divide that by the number of shares in issue and thats around the 0.4p per share...at least people would be able to claw back something. I don't know, however, how many other creditors are in line before us, however this just goes to show that a relatively small amount of cash (for these big companies!) can still be realised as shareholders at least getting something back - unless the RNS which states we would get nothing!
Eric, if we had been offered a price per share by a company, say, 0.5p per share, it wouldn't depend on how much you originally paid for your shares, it would depend on how many you OWN now. Therefore, if any class action results in compensation/damages, it is considerable that prices should EITHER be paid per share, or between the amount of individuals who actually partook in such an action. Unfortunately I see no merit at all for your argument, and it actually just further complicates things and sways people from pushing this further if too many suggestions of how to split compensation are proposed.
I too have just sent a further complaint to both the FCA and AIM regulation. All adds to the mix! Even if you've complained before, do so again if you thought you were not being taken seriously!
Hi all, I have emailed the miningmx article to both admins individually through the Baker Tilly website. Their details and pictures are on there and they seem like jolly chaps ;)
I would urge everyone who has not yet reported BHR, or even has reported but wishes to do so again, please send an e-mail to this email address: aimregulation@lseg.com AND market.abuse@fca.org.uk Feel free to address your concerns over the Mr. Lark situation, the non-communication with shareholders, the misreporting of information, the fact this 1 dollar clause was not mentioned in any RNS etc etc! Be factual, state what BHR have done, not what you think they may have. It is black and white - we all know something is wrong here, and now official bodies need to know too! Please, if you feel strongly about this you should report BHR's behaviour! (DISCLAIMER: For certain individuals on here who shall remain unnamed, I should state that all this is in MY OPINION, I am not forcing individuals to report BHR, nor am I promising 'false hope')
A key point to take from Red's message, and a completely unequivocal fact, is this: "What is amazing is that since the no vote the influx of people with so much knowledge have appeared here, that know all about a company in detail they have no investment in, you too could admit its a little odd." If anyone argues with this, then they have no ground to stand on, as this is 100% true. There cannot be THAT many worms hiding in the woodwork!
Could I request that someone takes on the role of contacting a lawyer for this area of law as, of yet, I do not believe anyone has. I have made contact with lawyers and law firms but they do not have speciality in this field and I am working now for the next few days. If someone can take on this role asap it would help greatly. Please can you also make yourself known to the Action Group (perhaps privately email Andy, Red, Katie, or even myself). Thanks.
On the share action group page through private message letting me know if you court attend a meeting in London in the foreseeable future!!
Will do - members do not reply to my message on here! It shall be coordinated on the ShAG group instead ;)
London? For now, if members could just advise if they would be able to make a meeting in London in the foreseeable future, that would greatly help!!
Red check your private email, I have sent you something.
Have emailed you.
Could we also try hold off the subtle homophobia...this idiot is not worth your troubles.
Excellent, good on you!
Great job, well done. If you need any help on the shareholder relations front I am happy to help - my skills are not to the level of yours, Red, etc in negotiation about the legalities and in depth business side of things, but I am competent at public relations and people management (psychology is a valuable subject!) so if needs be, please get in touch privately. You have my email address, as I have been copied into previous correspondence. All the best..
Let's keep hopeful and pray for some resurrection of this share price... Happy xmas all, enjoy your day and do not trouble yourself with people who are not worthy of such trouble...they know who they are.
