The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Pp1, you're a right little ray of light aren't you?
Either way, we are front page new on LSE currently. LOL.
Would be a positive outcome and good for the sp both here and at RevB.
Ah, good to get some clarity. Good to see this:
"However, the Board believes that a compromise position with boohoo is close and could be reached in the coming days. If the Board were able to reach a compromise, this would avoid the expense, administrative burden and other detrimental consequences for the Company that would result from the General Meeting."
Hoping this is the outcome as opposed to a messy GM.
Getting pretty tiresome isn't it. I'd ideally like to see a compromise, or we just get on with the AGM and let's see what happens for better or worse.
Probably wouldn't hurt for others to also get in touch about this, either by phone or email.
I emailed RevB investor relations, this has to be an admin error.
It's all noise. Hang tight people!
Rocket, cheers for that. I am diversified across my portfolio, in fact I'm mostly in Index Funds / ETFs. I sold down a lot of my single shares last year in a bid to simplify things and avoid some heavy losses. This is my only real gamble so I am somewhat inclined to see it through. I do however keep thinking I could just be reaping steady reliable gains in a money market fund, but where's the fun in that?
How do you guys view the risk / reward here? I am sitting on a not insignificant holding and am currently up by a small amount / just above break even. I am on the fence on whether I sit it out and hope for the best, or clear the decks and walk away from the drama. I guess I waited all the way through suspension, so perhaps I should see it through. But I do wonder what the most sound financial decision here is.
Looks like either way, we are in for another eventful week in RevB shareholder land. Hope you are all strapped in for a wild ride.
I have flagged the 'Board recommends voting FOR" on the HL site with RevB Investor Relations as this doesn't seem to be in Bob and Co's best interests. I wonder if the HL site simply defaults to this option for all voting.
Same on hl.com. Bit odd.
Voted against all resolutions. Hope we can fend off Boohoo.
Slow grind sideways today, seems totally fair.
I thought Minto couldn't vote?
Would have been interesting to see what this would have done if the whole FTSE hadn't been in a downtrend today.
LOL. I definitely hope not.
Has something been said to cause this spike today?
Agree. Some chunky buys today.
