Does anyone know what our share of the .London revenue will be? I can't recall it being highlighted in the AIM name change document? This is all getting very exciting!

So it doesn't say what the new ticker will be, any guesses? MM, MIND, MNDS, MNM, MAM?

The Board is pleased to announce that all the resolutions, including the change of status of the Company under the AIM Rules to an operating company with a material trading activity and the change of name to Minds + Machines Group Limited, were passed at the Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today. A further announcement will be made to confirm the new ISIN number and registration of the change of the name, following which the existing ordinary shares will then trade under the new name, ISIN and ticker. In the meantime, the existing shares will be readmitted to trading on AIM under the existing ticker (TLDH) and ISIN (VGG892311074) with effect from tomorrow.

Pricing strategy on domains is pure speculation at this stage. If you don't like Bonum just filter him.

If you would have read the article you would see that that was what the placing was for, to raise £21mln and provide further funding for imminent auctions...

He most probably just googled new GTLD failure or something looking for any article which would provide ammunition to post on here, completely irrelevant and just being awkward for the sake of it, better off filtering those sort of people so you don't have to read such rubbish :)

Just a quick update, Toby Hall emailed me back within an hour of my note r.e M+M website feedback, he was grateful for the feedback, apparantly the M+M team are aware of these items and are currently working to resolve the issues with the search function on their website.

Thanks norrab, I've emailed Toby this morning with some website feedback to pass on to the M+M team, we'll see if they take on board the feedback :)

Yeah it's definitely coming along, they just need to do a bit of work on the search function in line with my previous note, so you can search a key word rather than a 'word.newtld', i'm sure it's an easy fix. The sooner these things are ironed out the sooner we can get some revenues in for the ones we don't wholly/ partly own. P.S thanks for forwarding my earlier website comment on. :)
