RE: Re: 6-725 Nov 2022 08:58
It's all pretty straight forward really. As more shares are purchased and held, the free float decreases, driving up the cost...that's basic
With such few share available it will become more volatile as we've witnessed today. Now, with these sudden movements some get spooked and sell, (because they couldn't be bothered to read the RNS,) bad start, but instead read some waffle from some who want in cheap because they've slept in. Then others step in and pick up the cheaper shares including Mr Dorren and friends who will be buying no doubt about it. Games are being played, mind games. PLEASE READ THE RNS!!
So, a lie pedalled today is that you'll lose your shares if the votes go through. Now, that's garbage, it states they will be tradeable(on an alternative platform) even after if delisting were to happen. That to me is a comfort and safeguard. Again, read the RNS, then re-read it. Then make your own decision.
I doubt we'll get a Tr1 as they'll continue to add daily, soaking up the sells while some await confirmation of the Bod buying. Angus energy dropped a Tr1 today and from memory it was from a holder who had accumulated over 4% having no previous notifications. Therefore the belief that they must declare at 3% doesn't always hold water. Think about it... If they notified at 3% this would go nuclear, its been pretty controlled with no major spiking. Today I did many dummy sells and they would have taken all my holding the all the way down 99% of the attempts
Anyway, that's my thoughts. Price tomorrow is only a guessing game, but as has been said, this is getting very very interesting
