From a layman's point of view, they could be filling a buy order, filling their own boots to then block you out from selling and push the buy and sell price up a tad and sell what they just bought for a small profit, then drop the price and start again. It doesn't look as though investors want to trade much today though, most have taken their positions it looks like, but they have ways to change all that!

The hold up most definitely won't be the product or nebuliser, I don't propose to know Jack **** about applying for p3, but I can just imagine the hoops they are having to jump through and all the protocol involved, we need this set up perfectly so as there will be no comeback on the results we are expecting. I am down shed loads now but have taken the opportunity to adjust and add a few more when appropriate, so hopefully this drop will have been a blessing in disguise.
And for those that are just using a trading account, open a share isa and one for your partner, sell what is in your trading acct and buy back in the isa, if you have realised a loss, it can be carried forward for when you make a capital gain anywhere and your isa will stay tax free.

Harchris, so do i! That was my trading batch, I only have instant profit in mind with those, I made 2k shares. I have my heartfelt batch of 338k safe. Also, its good when someone puts a live trade down here, it gives something to watch or comment on.

Sparkle, thanks for that, volume is one of the best indicators I agree, but, it only rose strongly in the last 30mins of trading so maybe only the select few heard a whisper? Yes I remember the sp after the lancet review, 143 down to 75ish! It looks as though this share will be extremely volatile for a long time to come yet, and reading the signs you have pointed out may help us to put ourselves in a better position.
