Ah got you fozdog. The 100% ownership was a coup. I’d been following this for ages, but that’s what got me involved properly. Now they have the ownership, funding, maxey with enough shares etc sorted, i think we’ll see a big step up in comms and newsflow from the company. Factor that in with the lithium frenzy that is finally beginning to catch investors’ eyes and I don’t think a re-rate to 70p-100p is too far away. If you properly think about the value of lithium in the ground, that would still be peanuts as a valuation for the company. ATB.

No catch, just been under radar. Only got 100% ownership in the summer, had very little PR. Company been getting ducks and ownership in a row. Now post BCN buyout it’s had more exposure and is selling itself.

Btw there is a reddit forum zinnwaldlithium. It’s been pretty quiet, could do with some fresh input.

Smashed through the 100 day EMA. Game on. Right on the upper rail of the trend channel now, if we take the 22p peak before xmas. I think zak mir’s chart looked really badly drawn btw.

I agree with the 70-100p valuation, as where it should be now.
I actually think worth a lot more, as we develop from here. If we take $25k-$30k per tone LCE that’s $20-25bn value of lithium in the ground - from what we know so far. That resource will obviously grow too…

WRT SAV, i’ve always thought it’s overpriced relative ive to this, it’s further behind - waiting on EIA approval vs mining licence granted. NPV nearly half the value and from scoping study rather than DFS and a smaller resource. It’s mkt cap is 40% more than here so not really lagging! The good news about the BCN transfer is that it’s shined a spotlight on this asset. Have always maintained that this just needed exposure, the story sells itself.

Gangfeng are not getting this asset and that is not a bad thing. Focus on TSLA, VW and all the other auto companies just down the road from us…

No it went G&P gmbh. These are the guys i think are selling down.
Gangfeng’s position is as a result of their in specie portion of the BCN take over. The ZNWD part of the BCN deal was structured to cut gangfeng out of owning a larger part of a strategically important german asset.

Sorry it’s not personal, but I couldn’t care less how long he was at BCN. I’ll go by what he’s posted here and so far it’s added very little other than confusion and conjecture.

Any trust in this BOD is now gone for me, why would most people be looking for an RNS on a quiet share like this at 17:00 ??? As I said before sharp practice and sailing close to the wind IMO - and yes they do seem to have learnt stuff from the BCN BoD - how to screw private shareholders not respect them !

Well this has taught me yet again in AIM shares -- TAKE PROFITS !!!!!! I was about to sell half of my shares yesterday and now we have been stiffed !

I dont think this can be the case, I think the MM's 'play' with 'quiet' shares to try and stimulate trading. I am actually a BCN holder (unfortunately) and I dont think people are jumping across to here..

So a) a couple of months ago you say the bcn holders are going to decorate the bid and push the price down and now b) ppl must be cautious because the bcn holders are adding to recoup losses. Mr. Contradiction rather than cautious. Stop the nonsense.

Yep! I expected it, but very pleased to see. It ie a total no brainer. If you could make a wish list of things in w company at present, this one ticks all the boxes. Throw in the very astute CEO of a £30bn AUM hedge fund is personally backing it to the tune of £7-8m, just need to buy and enjoy the ride…

Smashed through 20 day EMA, now taking on 50 day. This will be back testing new highs in not that long. Cashed up and stupidly undervalued.

2022 is the year for ZNWD. Can see a BCN style 60-70p take out.
