It would be ironic if somebody was increasing their holding after that first RNS. Especially ironic when that RNS stated the companies intention to quit AIM, however what it did not state was: "....the Cancellation must be conditional upon the consent of not less than 75% of votes cast by the Shareholders, given in a general meeting." That only got mentioned in the later RNS...I wonder why? Nearly 50% of the shares in issue were traded yesterday. Wouldn't it be ironic if somebody knew about the 75-25 vote anyway and that a company now valued ~250k had 800k in the bank, with an AIM listing and a new BOD waiting in the wings. Now, wouldn't that he ironic... don't you think
...If the NEX listing RNS was designed to crash the SP......It's done the job. What happens if the "PROPOSED LISTING" doesn't happen?
PS Blocked for being a f....ing idiot
Wow! ".....even my simple deduction says 1+1 = 2." What opinion or reasoning is this? Ever thought about going on Dragons Den?
So thats Groak with his links to CAP and their need for a stock market listing and now Cox and his links to Emove, with them confirming their plans for a listing too... ... but in all honesty I havent got a f...ing clue :)
Emoov confirming in media (Sept 17) their plans to either IPO or RTO. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/news.sky.com/story/amp/online-estate-agent-emoov-in-talks-to-join-ranks-of-listed-rivals-11030659

The ‘nod and wink’ someone has been given that there is a Middle East link, in my opinion is correct, it’s Sphere Petroleum based in Doha. https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=47874762 ...but the ‘wink’ has been misunderstood to be Crypto, it’s not, it’s oil.... and with plenty of potential in GUINEA-BISSAU. With a PSC on Block 5B, that needs to be honoured next year, CAP ENERGY need to pay for this company making drill... and they’re not going to be able to while presently a private company. DYOR Cap Energy acquired 85.7% of the shares of Sphere Petroleum http://www.capenergy.co.uk/Operations/guineabissau/index.html
Adam, how many oil companies that drill for, let’s say 50:50 deal with Cap, 300 mm bbls of oil and stay at £1.5m? At the AGM a resolution was passed for a TOTAL of another 270 m shares to be placed in the next twelve months. Also the creditors agreed to a 100:1 right down on what they were owed. They haven’t gone away mate, they’re sitting on 0.25p shares. DYOR bud and all the best. 2Hs
It’s all about Cap Energy 27% exploration licence, Block 5B in Guinea-Bissau. 2Billion bbl, potential. Thank me later ;)
Yes mate, There's an old connection between Martin Groak and Cap Energy's Board. http://www.capenergy.co.uk/resources/Cap-Energy-Presentation-June-2014.pdf (See Page 30) Go to http://www.monrealplc.com/publications.php clink link "Circular, Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy" Read Page 15, 'SPECIAL RESOLUTION' Now go to Cap Energy at Companies House https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/05351398/filing-history View 7July 2017, two page PDF. 'SPECIAL RESOLUTION' its word for word. If it is Cap, Guinea-Bissau: Block 5B looks very interesting, drill ready with 27% of priority one leads, giving 600mmblls net to little private company Cap.... ...They're going to need a bigger boat!
...give the game away. Very good, it appears tantalum will be the R.E.M. Possibly DR Congo or Rwanda. The three advisory members are no longer mentioned, so perhaps one, some or all have cut the deal. I suppose everything will become clear in the following weeks. I see one of the (ex) advisory members, Herbert has been busy with his new private company, Longland Resource, in Greenland, drill ready after a completed VTEM survey. ;) https://twitter.com/longlandres
No im still holding my 500k Omerta, patience is the key here. Regards 2H's
Yes Omerta lots of tumbleweed blew throughout December. Apart from the odd contribution from yourself, Gcramp and me. I've been a constant buyer with now just over 400,000 shares. The cat will soon come out of the bag, there's a lot more legs in this one. I've been keeping tabs on it, there's about 15m shares available to trade. Hold onto your hats!
Thanks GC, although it was a rhetorical question, it was for anyone who maybe thinking of getting in here, although they're not many contributors yet, l can't see that lasting long. Sorry for any confusion.
With a mcap of < £1.5m and by my calculations, a free float of only 17m shares, it was shown today how fast the price can move on a trading volume of 165,000 (<1%) News or rumour of any acquisition and a scramble for shares, would certainly create a multi-bagger here. For any doubt see HNR historical prices, especially around its IPO date, 25/3/15 and unto their acquisition rumours 8-10 weeks later, taking it from a mcap of £1m to ~ £4m. Two questions 1) Is it the same team behind HNR, here? 2) How many weeks has it been since MILAs IPO? ATB 2Hs
With regards to Resolutions 9 and 10 related to the consolidation of our ordinary share capital, G Donne states " The purpose of this purely accounting action is to transfer a portion of the Company’s share premium account to the share capital account and realign our corporate structure with current regulation." If that's the case, in my understanding, the company now have an extra £220K to invest. If so, I expect this could be the start of a news rich period.
Impatient people, they're taking it down 1% on every thousand pound sale. If that's the case, imagine the percentage rise on a very good day of buys.
"Lime – short for Life Insurance Made Easy, is a FinTech Company that has pioneered the world’s most efficient technology platform for the Life Insurance industry." Easy Life Insurance run a similar platform http://easylifeinsurance.org.uk First impression to me is that Lime's website is designed for the investor. It explains the company well but if you're after insurance, you can forget it. Whereas Easy Life's website is open for business, a blank form awaits a potential customer. Lime, on their website quote, "Enables the sale of Life insurance....without the need to meet training and compliance standards as these standards are embedded in Lime’s systems and cannot be compromised." - Well good luck with that, as it will be interesting to hear what the FCA, citizens advice and all other do gooders in the UK think of that. Easy Life get around this, with a disclaimer on their website " Easy Life Insurance is a trading style of Digital Oyster Ltd. Registered in England and Wales at Bishopstone, 36 Crescent Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1RL. Easy Life does not offer financial advice. Easy Life partners with FCA registered financial advisors. Easy Life are not FCA registered or an insurance comparison website. We are a marketing company operating to match your details to companies who can offer financial advice." Easy Life, it seems have already teamed up with some leading UK life insurance co's , More Than, Zurich, Friends Life ..etc. Easy Life's trading under Digitel Oyster Ltd, active for two years and their NET worth?... .... £218!! https://companycheck.co.uk/company/08692911/DIGITAL-OYSTER-LIMITED/summary So unless I'm missing something here, and please contradict if I am, # The King is in the all together/But all together the all together #
