The latest drill results in Komona east and the new additional shallow area near the mine are going to extend length of mine. There’s so much gold in Mali so any purchaser of HUM could snap up Cora and additional local mines. LOM will will not be an issue in a purchase. It may keep the price of T/O down but HUM is cheap at this current price.

The interims arrived on the 23rd August last year so less than 3 weeks from now.
Momentum will build up now as people realise the significant price increase in gold happened in Q3. Gold was still sub 1700 on 8th June! It’s moved up more than 15% since that date.
We’re 10days away from being halfway through the quarter already!

So back of fag packets calculation on net debt cash position. Please correct my workings if wrong...

$6m cash + $8m gold + $2m Dugbe = $16m

$26m debt - $16m = $10m debt

If we sell the same amount of gold next quarter (@1750 pog) we will bring in $20-24m in sales. Divide by 2 for us being almost halfway through the quarter means we should be almost net debt free this month but definitely by the end of this quarter!

Now that's some news we can look forward to!

Drill results look awesome. Slightly down on production but not bad considering this quarter was during a pandemic. Surely the LOM should increase. Komona East looks great but also some promising shallow drills.

What a time to be producing over 30,000 ounces a quarter @ $950 AISC cost.
Add drilling results, another gold mine on the way and various investments in gold & silver companies!
