I haven't heard one AGM or feedback from one that wasn't relaying the bod's enthusiastic pep talk for a good year ahead. I've come to learn that iro 75% of expectations and timings fall flat or are horrendously delayed.

Could this Tuesday prove different in the following year? On past delivery I doubt it.

Our PR company Walbrook has stated AGM Statement, which will come on 17/9 (or before) and a Business update in October.

We know there will at least be an AGM statement, presumably on morning of 17th and an October business update.

Hopefully something material.

Newsflow has been dire for a very long time!

I share your current optimism. I do though have periods where things looked just as good. For instance before the litigation when we were in Landgrab mark1 and talk of One or even Two pound a share. Certainly One pound was very possible but for the litigation and landgrab failure. It looked even better back then but of course Illumina and BOD hubris spoilt our party.

Now new ceo and issues resolved. It does look the most promising I can recall since prior to Litigation. The market doesn't yet think so if we look at the share price with debt and litigation settled months ago and wants to see proof and numbers. Not promise or spin.

Yup, trouble is imv if we wait the next market crash is likely to be the mother load and last several years at depressed prices . I'd rather get a premium via a TO as I suspect that scenario would prove far more advantageous than waiting 3 to 5 years whilst invested rather than cash rich for opportunities. This pos has us locked into the next crash instead of out via a TO with cash in hand! After all the waiting that will be the such irony.

I really hope a TO is on the horizon!

Quiet here and with news and share price stuck rather than even slowly rising to brokers 20p target. Yawn!!!

I'd be surprised if he held less than 500,000.
He's accumulated and taken part in historic fundings . Only chance is if he'd sold down earlier without mentioning. Of course I don't have an yu regard for TW after he misrepresented his tipping record and got found out. There was another Sherrif in town back then fortunately.

Apparently TW hasn't started selling yet. Today's was someone else!!

Perhaps because the bod said in results that they expect to deliver shareholder value in 3 to 5 years!!!
