It's NOT a rumour. It was on the cards or in the bag and was briefed. It may have run into issues that have certainly delayed it tremendously and maybe will scupper it I don't know so guess now perhaps 50/50. The issue in question had was it only ever a rumour or was itcfactvand briefed ad expectation. I am certain it was fact and briefed and clearly now delayed or not worked out.
I can also assume and that slightly favours a delay on delays. Let's hope so
