Only hold 25% of my original holding at the moment but will increase again if the unfortunate war looks like ending.
Selfishly don't mind Sp dropping, it will just make it cheaper for me to get back to my original holding.

Not to get anyone's hopes up here but just said on radio that morrisons have bought mccolls before it entered administration.
Not over until its rns'd.

Both interested parties have been told to put in their final bids by 6pm Sunday.
Therefore mccolls have bids in before administration and also bids which will be acceptable to the lenders.
Talks were progressing well with morrisons, who are mccolls preferred bidders.
For any bid to be accepted, it has to be put to shareholders as of now we are not insolvent.

Heard about morrisons putting in a rescue package on the radio yesterday morning whilst driving to work..... Thought must be worth a punt/day trade..... Got in under a penny.
Watched it rise quickly.... Thought it would it 3p fairly quickly.

For me it's a no brainer, I hold a fair chunk which I will carry on holding..... Its not going bust tomorrow or next week for that matter.
Businesses get sent default notices all the time... No big deal really, we have the money to pay, just need to work out how.
I'd be more worried if we didn't have the money.
