I am aware that a Perlite plant would cost £14m but in the grand scheme of things that isn't all the world if chasing between mining yourself or selling for a fraction.

You act all high and mighty as if you know it all and yet you frequently post incorrect comments. You have frequently stated that profit is the only thing that drive a companies mcap, incorrect.

You have gone on and on about an RNS that made you question this whole projects viability and yet then stated that it was a May RNS. Do I need to dig out and quote all of your posts from after May where you declared this share to be a ten bagger, 2-3p nailed on etc etc? There were many, many of those posts from you after that RNS date.

I get it, you make your money on trading and you probably do really well with it but its totally obvious now. Yes the charts tell you a lot and have probably made you a load of money but that doesn't make you an expert in there fundamentals of business.

This share should be valued higher than it is just on the basis of what it has. It could sell its fully permitted mine tomorrow for multiples of the current mcap.

Contracts will be where this will rocket and they will surely be announced soon.

A huge Pozzolan partner would see this take off pretty quickly.

2p put the mcap at around £65m which I think is more than reasonable, conservative even, for a company who should be turning over that per year once mining is up and running.

A disappointing drop this morning but hopefully only temporary. I don't buy some peoples comments about this being pumped, based on what this company had permitted and ready to go this level is the bare minimum this should be at.

There is no risk to buying here, the contracts are ready to be signed and revenue will flow by Spring at the latest. There aren't that many miners on AIM about to start making money so soon.

If the Twitter group could ramp this from .23 to .32 in a couple of days then I say well done to them and any didn't they do it eariler?

This will do something, it's just a matter of what.

At some point in the next 9 months this company will be selling it's product in some way or another and that will increase the value a lot. Whether it's a penny or more it will rise from its current level*

We know that there are 5 customers carrying out tests on the perlite, we know that the first drilling for gold starts this week and we know the other sites they are looking to explore too.

We know way more than we did yesterday, the only frustration is it's not deals. There is no bad new here, its confirmation that things are happening.

The 5 potential customers, the comment about commercial operation starting in the spring?, the gold drilling beginning this week?

Is it just me or is this all about Perlite and Metals but no mention of Pozzolan?
