People in at different levels will sell, there will have been many 'stuck' in above 2.5 who have jumped out and there will have been traders from yesterday taking their 50% profit.

There aren't many shares that just jump 100% + in a day, if RMS had announced an order for 5m masks then maybe but as its it expect to see a decent rise today hopefully followed by more over the next week.

The 20% increase in Perlite pricing is a big deal too that seems to have been skated over. Effectively the value of a lot of what we have in the ground has gone up by 20% without anything being done, thats very good news.

I totally get the frustration, I have more than 20,000,000 shares here and I really would like some return on that. Over the past few weeks my profit has disappeared and I sit on the verge of going negative.

They need to get something moving here and the costs associated with starting to mine worry me, they need off takes to back this all up.

I do see positives though and the fact that the Directors only get paid in shares and that PC has ploughed lots of his own money in make me feel a bit better that they won't simply let this drift and they will have an eye on shareholder returns as it benefits themselves and means they aren't working for free or diminishing returns.

This isn't a lifestyle company and the board have personal skin in the game to make sure it ends up worth something.

I also though the fact that Perlite sale prices have increased by 20% in the last week or so was a very good news story too.

Yes they get more shares if the value goes down but if the value moves down further, or doesn't rise, then the value of their remuneration goes down too.

How many Directors have sold their holdings, or part of, over the last few years.

Directors taking payment in lieu is a sign of confidence and gives them 'skin the game'. They will not be happy to see the SP fall and they have direct incentive for its to rise as much as possible.

Why do I think Kirkland has a deal and sres doesn't? That is hard to say, could be for any number of reasons. Location, speed, willingness to negotiate, proximity to customer, price .....

It goes on an on.

What test results are you waiting on anyway? Do you mean the commercial testing by the CRMC that will be concluded next month?

I can't get too wound up about Kirkland at the moment, we only got the permit towards the end of the summer last year, when did Kirkland get theirs?

I want to see value returned to shareholders.

Ideally I would like sres to mine this, extract maximum value and use that in other value adding projects. I had a target of 3p a share a while back but my expectations have crept further and further down. Now I would just take anything that adds value, I would take 0.6p a share right now.

A JV or a sale would be great but I don't think Kirkland got a great deal and I would want better. I put that down to them being privately owned.

I don't think its really acceptable by any means but Kirkland sold to a large CRMC, we may be set to do exactly the same. I wouldn't be happy with their deal though so doing exactly the same for them is not what I want.

I would prefer a giveaway sale to simply not unlocking any value.

He won't be giving up on it but he may be planning to sell it and move on.

Why do we keep referencing Kirkland as some example of sres missing out? Kirklands mine was bought by a single producer for their own purposes, they aren't going to be selling to the open market.
