Personally I believe that on the next announcement all those who have jumped ship over the last 2-3 weeks will be instantly priced out as the mc will re-rate on opening.

Mc currently at a minuscule 55 million. It all depends on the feasibility study and funding options contained within the license application.

We could be talking about many hundreds of millions or even billions of pounds worth of assets in the ground.

What price is anyone’s guess but a mc of 200 million is very possible even before the granting of the license.

All depends on the particular’s.

The shenanigans and uncertainty recently is all manufactured to take money from the pi’s.

The sp could very well rocket, and soon. All it requires is the definitive answer to a few questions.

1. Have the TG granted a license and under what terms.

2. How is HE1 funded during full operation and production.

3. Expected provisional income per annum.

Recovery today expected.

The price drop yesterday was in part due to massive offloading of the recent placing shares.. These shares traded will most likely show up today.

I assume these are now clear, another high volume day will see this recover well..

For this to fly to the potential that most are wanting we need.

1. Clarification of a commercial find with timescales.

2. Confirmation of a JV partner.

3. Confirmed extraction and mining license.

4. Lorna to purchase 285k of shares.. (or maybe she already has). Wouldn’t that be nice 👌

There will be some massive delayed trades. Probably printed out over the next couple of days.. I wo up ld expect us to have cleared the recent placing shares now.

Onwards and upwards

Over 20% of all shares traded in half a day.. As soon as the placing shares clear, they’ll be no looking back..

We may well see a big of a squeeze on this today.. good day in USA yesterday with better than expected growth figures.

Many new investors to HE1 thanks to the recent entry point around 1.23-1.35.. Coupled by the panic sellers wanting back in at a premium probably around 1.65–1.7 after opening. Shorters panicking and getting rid and potential blockbuster news early to mid next week.

HE1 In the recent past has gained a huge following from short term, get rich quick mobile phone traders. (Myself included). Yesterday’s placement is a blow in confidence as it’s hard to look long term at a company that will issue 10-20% dilution without Willy nilly at the drop of a hat. Having said that most us (again me included). Don’t know squat all about what’s going on behind the scenes or reasons for this decision making.

If comes down to trust.

This is still a great opportunity in a growing business. Confidence will return. As we’ve seen here before gains will be made just a quick as yesterday’s slump.

More good news to come soon (days/weeks). Hopefully without any more placings

If the EWT results are favourable (as fully expected) then the growth here could be exponential. For one thing know one will sell until many multiples of current sp on favourable news. We are talking about a many multi billion pound find. Every institutional investor, hedge fund pension fund will all want a piece, once the uncertainty is over. I am a hobby investor and only hold around 250k of shares, but this is an opportunity that simply can NOT be missed…. Good luck whatever strategy.

And when this bumper RNS news does land, there will be no quick buy ins, no cheap shares, after the morning auction they will open 200-500% up. Anyone’s guess depending on said news.. hold your shares and good luck…

It’s a massive coincidence that this news just do happened to break on the same day that kibo’s share trade embargo ends.

This from RNS 7th May. “ As part of the Conversion and Placing, MED's major shareholder, Kibo Energy PLC has agreed to a hard lock-in of its existing MED shares for a period of 3 months from today's date”

They will definitely be selling as KIBO’s finished, we need to get rid.

First trade of the day was @0.185p. Since then over 25% of all stock traded. Not many here sitting on profit.
