I presume we will receive an RNS around the Lantern phase 3 results tomorrow, either an update to when they will be available or the results as it is the last trading day before the end of spring (21st June).

Just out of interest, how quickly would MG have to notify if he falls below each TR1 threshold? His buys were notified the day after crossing a percentage? Would that be the same case if he was to sell some shares and lower his holding? Just thinking his average holding must be around 0.17-0.2 at a guess so if he was able to offload shares around these prices he would be in for some profit?

Looks like we have good support around the 0.3 levels. Will look to build on this now as we anticipate the RTO news. Should be back up to the 0.4 mark before long.

Listed after hours at 9.7p and 3,785,714 shares.

This will breeze through 4p today once MMs have caught up from the late morning. Lots of big delayed trades trickling through. Should see a strong close once it is let go again.

my holding averages around 0.09 after buying the dip after previous spike. Haven’t sold anything yet and Im not intending to. I’m confident this share has an excellent end IMO. RTO, it’s just a waiting game now.

Moving up on the order book with no trades going through

It’s great being in the position that the next RNS that the company release is more than likely the big one. Just waiting for a notification that can come anytime now. The big reveal.

Of course just my opinion

If no deal was found by the end of the suspension period then the company would be delisted meaning the shares no longer exist. As stated MG has bought 30% of this cash shell fully knowing that risk so I think that gives the security that this is pretty much a done deal.

An RtO would be a private company looking to list on the stock market and instead of going through an ipo which is expensive and time consuming they would do a deal to merge into the existing listing which in this case is RLD.

The company have already stated that they are looking at an RtO in the precious metals area which also gives you an idea that a target has been found.

Once complete you will hold shares within the new company as negotiated in the deal done by our BOD with the private company.

How high your shares will be worth depends on the valuation of the new company and the assets that they hold.

Well we will be suspended 30th June whether we have a deal in place or not. If we have a deal ready we will suspend as soon as we do. The longest we could be suspended for would be until 6months after June 30th where we would de list if not completed. There is no way that this will happen with MG buying 30% stake in last couple of months. I expect it to be all
Done and dusted in the not so distant future.

It will depend on what asset is brought into RLD or what company perform a RTO. Pointless looking at previous SP performance as the business/company will be totally different. Any SP above where we are is a possibility atm with no upper limit
