Richard doesn’t come across as someone who says something and then does absolutely nothing. Can only be the accounts - any information gaps would surely have been sorted over the past 12 months so it’s probably qualification of some type - hope it’s not solvency related

Gasman / do you know more than you are telling us ? You seem to be hinting at problems with FCA and Menzel - are these real insights or just suspicions ?

I can’t understand why the audit is delayed - it should be simple - no trading in the period, solvency proven via RMD. Must be tardiness by Crowe / hope they resign or get replaced.
