Share bet, why do you think the warrant holders here are any different. They can bank a guaranteed profit with absolutely no risk. If I had millions of warrants I would be doing exactly the same. There is risk here and success is not a gimme

have to disagree. The 2p warrants can be sold at a guaranteed profit, whether it be 10% or 20%. I have been invested in a company previously where warrants issued and were continually sold until they cleared them all. At the end they were even selling under the issue price. They were not interested in holding for a specific amount of time or price target, they just wanted rid off and the overall profit banked.
Look at yesterday, some nice buys allowed a sell to go through of 1.2M. Pattern of the last few weeks is classic warrant selling IMO

They only did a placing in January.
I think you will find the warrants are being sold on a daily basis and have been for a number of weeks now. Has dragged the SP down from over 4p to where we are now.
Expecting a major move up when completed, but how long and how many left is anyone's guess.

I would agree with that comment, but only upon our technology being ratified and a contract signed.

Good point, Italy, Spain & especially Greece could be the subject of the next financial crisis if holiday season is cancelled again this year. Inconceivable the EU will allow this to happen, vaccine passports the only answer

Our technology is currently being trialed by a fortune 500 company. We are also currently working closely with the UK government in a consultation capacity.
Sure it's a gamble, but happy to be invested in a company who's share price will be multiples, if they are selected/involved in any future vaccination passport project.

That’s the biggie, other contracts will then follow. April 12th is the day the govt reports on VC’s and IMHO it is inevitable they will be used. Betting it will be our platform that is chosen.

MM price manipulation been going on for a few weeks now. Warrants in full control. More buys than sells today yet the SP is down9%. Hold for hopefully govt contract news next month. Will make these price movements a drop in the ocean compared with what could be to come

I understand Michael Gove is currently reviewing VC’s for the govt. He will have to get a move on now Europe has decided.

I think we will get news in the next couple of weeks. Needs to be announced, in place and up and running before the summer holiday season So before May I reckon.

We’re only back to where we were yesterday with the SP. This does tend to move at a rapid rate of knots. Minuscule market cap at present, can only imagine what contract news will do to the valuation of the company.

It’s all over the news now, every channel. Wouldn’t be surprised if news on contract win is announced within the next couple of weeks = SP whooooooosh
