Can’t access TW article in full, but it does start of with a companies duty is to inform shareholders and not to deceive them. Obviously talking about the recent RNS issue.
Can’t argue with that.
We do need urgent clarification from the company, as market confidence is very poor.

I know it has been mentioned already, but new tax year tomorrow. Like many, I have the full entitlement ready and waiting.

Not true. Near enough everyone who posts regularly on this board has criticised Art over his lack of comms.

A healthy board is a well balanced board with both positive and negative posts. I don’t want to read a board with nothing but rampy posts.
However, there are people on here with their own agendas who will slate the company day after day, only to then announce after the SP has fallen that they have now bought!
Never buy or sell based on anything you read here.

I too think Art will RNS to clarify.
Expecting to be back in the 30’s tomorrow.

SP will recover Monday.
RNS from Art re clarification wouldn’t go a miss.

Got to laugh, finally news informing us there will be news. Suppose that was to stop peeps panic selling today when no results appear.
Let’s hope it’s worth the wait.

Fear he may announce a whole heap of new shares to be issued, could explain the non-SP movement.

Let’s hope there’s some meat on the bone rather than reporting hedged oil and a trading loss.
We should be trading much higher but Art appears to have no interest in keeping shareholders apprised of current developments.
I have a fair wedge waiting to add, but crazy as it sounds would rather buy in the 40s knowing what’s what, than buy now knowing nowt.

Look at the trades now showing up. Maybe they are in a rush to complete before update next week, lots of selling today.

The market has always been rigged against the private investor.
