The total dividend paid for 2023 was 60c. This was paid as a final dividend in June 2024 but no interim dividend had been paid.

From page 226 of the annual report:

In respect of the 2024 financial year, the Board have proposed a distribution of €1,220 million, including an approved interim ordinary dividend of 35 cents per share (€352 million) in respect of H124 (which was paid to shareholders on 7 November 2024) and a final ordinary dividend of €278 million, equivalent to 28 cents per share, subject to ordinary shareholder approval and a share buyback of €590 million which has been approved by the ECB. The final ordinary dividend of 28 cents per share will be paid on 10 June 2025 to ordinary shareholders who appear on the Company’s register on 2 May 2025, the record date for the dividend, subject to shareholder approval. Combined with the interim ordinary dividend of €352 million this represents a dividend payout ratio of c.41% for 2024.

From this morning's results:

The proposed dividend for 2022 will be announced with the Annual Results on March 7th. and will be subject to approval at the AGM.
Here is the relevant extract from page 119 of last years Annual Results published on Feb. 28th.2022.

In respect of the 2021 financial year, the Board proposed a
distribution of €104 million including a dividend of €54 million,
equivalent to 5 cents per share, subject to ordinary shareholder
approval and an ordinary share buyback of €50 million subject
to regulatory approval. The recommencement of distributions
also recognises the Group’s planned capital investment (c.200
basis points CET1) in the execution of the KBCI and Davy
transactions. The dividend of 5 cents per share on ordinary
shares will be paid on 14 June 2022 to ordinary shareholders
who appear on the Company’s register on 13 May 2022, the
record date for the dividend, subject to shareholder approval.

The volume of BOI shares traded to-day in Dublin was just short of 69 million.

Disappointed to note that that the Net Revenue Interest for the 5 Austin Chalk wells has fallen to 45% from 50.25% as announced in June while the Working Interest remains at 60%

I think you are a little out with your dates. From the December 14th. RNS: " This work is vital to our updated feasibility study planned for Q3 2018. Drilling will continue into January so that we have the data we need to deliver a resource update in Q2 2018, which will also feed into the FS update."
